I visited the Sylvia Park Lifestyle store on Saturday looking for some Kitchen Counter stools, with a very specific item in mind. I was extremely lucky to meet Maria who turned my potentially window shopping moment into a sale. I cannot express enough that when you go out to spend money - that experience should leave you feeling happy with your choice, happy with your spend and happy with what you got to take home. Maria is a Sales Expert, with Customer Service second to none, all because she very gently took me on the road to a sale. I have been looking for Counter stools for about a year and never really finding something I was happy to pay the dollars to have. On this Saturday, that all changed. Before I knew it, I had 3 stools in my car, all paid for and I was ending home....feeling exceptionally happy with every part of my experience at Nood. The feeling was amplified when I got them inside and found that they were the absolute perfect purchase. Maria, you are amazing. Thank you for helping me tick the boxes and making me feel the need to complete the purchase.
Maria and her team at Sylvia Park shop are incredibly helpful! The shop has a wonderful, wide selection of home decor and styling items. Highly recommend a visit if you're looking for something for yourself or a gift for someone else.
This is one of my favourite furniture store. Their products are beautiful and great quality.nnI was served by Barbarad and she was amazing. She went above and beyond and was friendly and super professional. She kept coming to me while I was browsing asking me if I needed further assistance. She kept accomodating my requests such as opening a sofa bed and helping me with assembly questions etcnnI really appreciated her help.nnI would definitely recommend this place.
Alessandra was fantastic. Very helpful, was quick to price and check delivery dates, as well as helping me load items in my car.
Really helpful staff, stylish products, and super deals in the sales.
