The worst shopping experience ever!! Would never go back there again! Dishonesty, lying, unorganised, poor communication and etc..
Worst shopping experience ever. I have ordered a truck and two labors to pick up and assemble the bed for me. The warehouse spent 1.5 hours there but unable to find the footboard of the bed. No stock in the warehouse at the agreed pick up day. But I have to pay the labors and truck $300 for the waiting but got nothing and slept on floor because of the mistakes from Furniture Now. A complaint logged to Furniture Now for almost two weeks. No responses. I have lost patience and trust now. Extremely poor customer service!
Customer service was good by all the sales rep. Great Service. Got our super-king size Bed. Good quality, value for money.
Bought the Halifax 3 seater couch, it came faulty however the staff was extremely good and fast to deal with and offered to replaced it within 2 days of receiving my email. Would recommend.
Absolute room for improvement in communication and internet support. Arm rest collapsed a day after purchase - no attempt to get it repaired or fixed. I'l happily change my feedback once the couch is either fixed or swapped for a new one.
Came looking for a bench seat. Limited in what I was looking for but not bad in terms of product they have. Service was good they came introducing themselves and asking if I needed any help.
Brought a 3 piece lounge suite, 2 zips missing on seperate arm rests, delivered wrong 2 seater, was promised prompt action then was told it might be next week. Once they have your money your forgotten.

Fantastic customer service from Karan. He was very helpful and professional. Nothing was a problem for him, even to secure product we wanted from another store. Quick delivery and love our purchases. Thank you Karan!!!!
Very poor quality and customer service. We bought a couch 4 months ago and it's already broken. We have now left Auckland and they ask us to bring the couch to Auckland. They stop replying to our email. We tried to call the customer service number and all the NZ stores but no one picked up. We are extremely disappointed. The price is way too expensive for what you get. We would not recommend at all. We will never buy from them again.
