In the last year  Urban Beach have provided us with service that most companies could learn from.
A manufacturing error  left us with a chaise we had not ordered.
Urban Beach gave us the use of it until they  were able to deliver the correct one. There were ongoing problems with fabric, all of which was handled with good humour and simply  the best customer service.
Thank you  and thank you for  "the best" piece of furniture we have  purchased in a long time!
