Absolute joke getting the car "valued", the guy essentially walked towards the car, got in, turned it on to check the dash and the steering, didn't care about what I was telling him re: new parts that have been put in, and then comes up with a ballpark figure of 2k when the same car is being sold for 5-6k on literally every other site in Auckland. I could understand if the valuer actually took the time to consider the car's condition and mechanical condition, but don't waste my time if you guys are just going to throw out random numbers in the hopes I am desperate enough to cave to your predatory practices. Everyone, save yourself some time and don't ever buy from or sell to these scumbags.

We had a look at a car here, and were pretty set on buying it. We even paid $140 to do the pre-purchase inspection from Vehicle Services NZ. I would definitely recommend anyone to do this, Mark from Vehicle Services was very helpful! Back to Turners though: we spent an insane amount of time just calling turners, trying to get through to people to just even answer our questions. Often left with just "we will call you back". This happened at least 7 times with no one calling us back at all. This is pathetic customer service, after already spending $140. Glad I bought my car somewhere else.

This guys are just rip offs. Told me that I have leak in suspension and offered very little price for a really good car. I refused, took my car to mechanics and there is NO leak! You should be ashamed of saying lies! I do not recommend to work with this company! Shame!on trade me my car worth 18k. I was offered 13$ for sell it now and than they decided to say my suspension leaks and car needs servise(somehow it got wof and was serviced just before that lol) , so offered 10k!

Just want to say a major thank you for Luke Wilson from Turners. By far the best customer service and on-going support I've seen. Had a little hiccup with a vendor Turners was selling on behalf. Luke made sure he was there to answer my calls and emails whenever he could. He went out of his way to ensure the customer satisfaction. I recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car from Turners, ask for Luke Wilson by name and you'll see a great customer service and a wealth of knowledge. Get your car value done in 3x different places. Dealt with Shuk Salakhutdinov (Valuer) He advised my vehicle was valued $6k. Reason mechanical problems sighted by Turners mechanic. Took my car back to other mechanics. Nothing sighted as per report from Turners Mechanic. I called Shuk 3x and left messages. I texted. He had no balls to call me back but email saying he was on holiday till December 27th. I replied to his email to see if I can see him or deal with another valuer to hopefully get my vehicle sold asap as I was relocating overseas. No reply todate. Guess what. Sold my vehicle 2x the value Shuk gave me. 1star rating is you not getting back that I sold my car privately. Management - I have corresponding email if you need proof.
