I received exceptional customer service from Belle at Budget Car Sales. She was professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and genuine. She didn't try to force the sale and it was clear that she really wanted to help me find the car that was the best fit for me. The rest of the team were also very helpful. I love my new car and feel that I have been well looked after.

Found a car I liked on trademe, sent a text to Sheena the sales consultant who was so quick to respond and lovely to deal with. She arranged a test drive and introduced us to Chris the dealer. Chris was great, he answered all my questions and arranged finance quickly with no hassle at all, providing info was not a problem and only involved clicking a link - gone are the days when you had to get bank statements and pay slips! When I picked up the car Chris gave me a run down on what I needed to know about hybrids, which was so helpful as I didn’t know much at all. . Chris genuinely listens to what you say and doesn’t just fire out questions to generate conversation and handle you into upselling insurance something I find grating about some sales people. He even allowed me time to try source a better finance deal. Highly recommend, both Sheena and Chris have a great manner.

I bought my car from auto angels after moving to New Zealand for a year . As a woman who knows nothing about cars I was dubious about buying from a pushy car sales man . I neednt have worried . Shelby Wolf from Auto Angels was actually an angel !! Haha . She was kind , patient and very helpfull . We even ended up becoming friends . I came away with a Honda Airwave. It was long enough for me to sleep in as i travelled and had a MASSIVE sunroof so i could gaze at the stars . his name is Edward i can highly reccomend these girls , especially for woman buying cars . We worked with Belle and Andrew to find us the perfect car and Belle sent me a few selections that fit my specifications. We eventually settled on a little Toyota aqua and couldn't be happier with our selection! Belle helped us out to work with us during level 3 lockdown, and was very helpful throughout the process. Andrew was also very helpful, and helped get us across the finish line for the sale. Thanks guys!

Fabulous experience with one of the sales consultant lady/girl she looked pretty young. She is energetic, passionate and totally know how to provide clients with good information and really transparent too. Other yard staff all looked quite attentive and busy with what they were doing. However, When we were introduced to another tall lady who was sitting in the office for the final negotiation, she looked like reluctent to do anything and tried to find someone else to look after us. Unfortunately everyone else was busy in the yard, looking after other consumers, then she had to deal with us by herself. She apparently doesn’t have much of the vehicle knowledge and didn’t feel confident in providing any constructive advice but merely asked us to lower our expectation ?. She kept asking if we got any other quote from other dealers and asked how much at most we can afford, instead of showing decent sincerity of settling the deal. Totally bad service and waste of our time. Honestly I feel she is probably the daughter or a relative of the boss or sth just my guess, otherwise I cannot imagine why she would be put in this vital position with lack of sales skills and vehicle knowledge. It began with such a good experience with rest of the team which totally ruined by her solely. ADVICE TO THE OWNER: treat you yard consultants better and do not put the unprofessional in the decision-making position.

I just moved to Auckland from the US, and my experience here was wonderful. I was able to find a great little Toyota hybrid Aqua and drive it off the lot the same day! They spent the time to help me sort out the registration and insurance options, and were so patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to get a car. Fantastic service!

I bought a car from Budget car sales 4 years ago, and I came back here for getting a new one. They never get me down! Because of my work shift, I couldn’t visit and see cars well but wanted to get information as much as possible. Although i think it was kind of extra job, Belle made it so easy and smooth for me. I really appreciate it. George also gave me some advice about cars and which was really helpful since I’m not a person who knows cars much. Thank you so much for all the staff and your help.
