We bought a certified used car in Toyota Auckland Grey Lynn a week ago.nnIt was amazing, the sales consultant explained everything with details and friendly served in the test drive. My kids called him the spider man, Peter.nnThe car itself is perfect to us, it is a 9-year-used car with relatively very high quality.nnA week after, we considered to have the GardX GX2 Graphene Coating. We called Peter to see if he could make it happen as we had been driving the car for a week already.nnThankful that he efficiently arranged the service on the next day. He even warmly reminded us to clear the stuff in car in order to have the interior treatment.nnWe dropped our car at 08:30 and Peter thoughtfully arranged a 7 seater car for our temporary usage.nnWe picked it up at 16:00, it was unbelievably renewed.nAfter the services, the car is like brand new , not only the exterior but also the interior and EVEN mechanically.nThe service team vacuumed all the carpets, polished all tyres and even conducted the basic maintenance. They accomplished an excellent job.nnOnce again, thank you the service team and Peter for serving us as thoughtful as helping a friend.nnWe will definitely recommend Toyota Auckland Grey Lynn.

These guys are awesome. From my original call we very quickly built Trust. This was a foreign word with other car dealers I had dealt with unfortunately. I was looking to make a significant purchase in wanted trustworthy and above a lot of things knowledgeable people that I could deal with.nnMost dealerships didn’t have long-standing staff members that knew much at all about their fleet. Erin in Sales and Himanshu also in sales / after sales were very onto it.nnInitial inquiry was a call to Erin. He didn’t skip a beat answering all of my questions. He had knowledge about the car and question and all of its capabilities and options. This was quite tricky as it was a secondhand vehicle and he was working offsite at the time. Once we settled on our number Himanshu followed with epic service. From payment to assistance with trucking the vehicle down to Wellington and various ways of doing this. Hey, was in contact via phone, messaging, and email to confirm nothing was missed. He also provided a WhatsApp video walk around of the vehicle - many of the other yards didn’t offer this hence did not get the sale. Highly recommend. Mike
I ordered my LC 70 from Auckland City Toyota. Codie from the new car department is really helpful, he made the whole buying process really smooth and fast. I got the car within five days thanks to his hard work. He also went for extra mile to drive the car from the warehouse for my collection during his day off.
