Got our third car from Honda Newmarket and the experience was nice and smooth. I would highly recommend this dealership. Look for Allan Vivero, who answered every single question we had. He gives us prompt updates for when we were processing the purchase and even helped me set up carplay on the day I picked up the car.
Was quoted $600ish. Walked out spending just over $1100. Most of the extras should have been quoted in the initial quote for a 100k service fuel filter change and top tune added both $200 each. Suggested I replace my rear break pads when they have half their life left in them and they said it would cost $200. Didn't do spark plugs, they wanted an extra $200 for that and should have been included in the service. Can get high performance ones for $80 and put them in myself within 15min to 30min.
We had a 2022 Black Edition red CRV from Honda this year. The service was great, the vehicle is almost the same as our previous 2021 CRV, but we are stoke with it. We will keep working with Honda for as long as we have this great service and personal relationship with them. We appreciate all your hard work and look forward to continue it.
My family and I paid a visit to get more information about the new Honda Jazz 2022. We were very nicely accommodated by their sales ambassador Mr. Allan Vivero as soon as we stepped inside. He carefully explained in detail everything we have asked for. He helped us with buying our first brand new car. It was really helpful as this is our first time buying a brand new car. He also helped us to fully understand how it works. We were very satisfied with their customer service as Mr. Allan Vivero and Mr. David Yu would still reach us even though they were on their day off. It was a really great experience for us. I would definitely recommend people to go at the Honda Newmarket branch.
Honda Newmarket's service section is not professional. They didn't keep their word, said wof and service will be done together but I have to go again to get the wof done. And their cleaning is not good as other branches Honda botany, also the way they deal with there customers should be better. Their warranty department should learn how reputed companies work. They charged me for replacing a part saying my warranty finished 3 months before. It was only 30 dollars and they could have replaced it as a gesture of good will. How could we trust them for a major failure, if this is what they do for 30 dollars?
Hello everyone, I'm really not satisfied every time I bring my car here for maintenance. After each service, my car appeared more scratches on the outside of the car, I showed the manager there the scratches, emailed them pictures of the scratches and they made an appointment will get back to me but I haven't received any call from them for a long time. To this day I took the car back and reported it to them about scratches but the only response I received was a disclaimer and told me to take the car to another place for repair those scratches. really bad
Went to the Honda team in Newmarket with my partner Maria, initially to look at a 2017 - 2019 Honda CR-V & compare the options with another branded vehicle before finalising on our future vehicle . To be honest we were very fortunate to meet David Yu. He simply is one of the few Sale reps that understands the needs of his customer , budget restrains we had & the knowledge of the brand he stands behind. We both felt very relax with him, his technical knowledge with the features was detailed, His experience with Hondas gave us a better understanding just what we needed / wanted but showing us how Honda vehicles have changed over the years.
