Love my new car. Love the high standard friendly services I received from the sales boy Matt. Well done Matt. Very appreciated for the details you provided. No pushy at all but I still decided to buy the insurance from them. Only one concern is about the hatch door button. Sometimes it does not work properly. I am happy to give the 5 stars anyway.
Absolutely horrible and disappointed experience with the sales team in Lexus of Auckland City! Walked around the yard for 10-15 mins, 4 sales person sitting in front of their desk, no one bother to come out meet and greet, walked into the show room, no meet and greet, asked about used car, the sales person wouldn’t even stand up and speak to me! Show some respect please! Discrimination or laziness? Can’t believe this is one of the top luxury brand and part of Giltrap Group. Not recommended at all, btw, Lexus of North shore is 10km from you. Treat people the way you want to be treated! It’s not hard.
I submitting an complaint regarding a recent horrible experience. For my latest servicing, there was a insurance issue related to the temporary car provided to me. A third party damaged the car while it was parked. The third party provided his contact details and Lexus Auckland city said they will call the third party to sort out the insurance claim but they did not. Lexus Auckland city failed to take responsibility in making sure the insurance claim is appropriately handled and I was sent an invoice for the excess fee. Upon receiving the invoice, I contacted the third party myself and I was told no one contacted him at all. Lexus Auckland city did not bother to check this properly at all despite telling me that they will handle the situation. This was a terrible experience and completely unprofessional.
A bit of a disappointing experience at Lexus today. My wife and I went to look at a pre-owned vehicle. Greeted by the salesman and told we needed to wait for another salesman to arrive so he can take us for a test drive. There was another person there also looking and given a car to test drive straight away. He then came and told us he let them drive the car because they already owned a Lexus so he didn't need to be in the car with them. I'd have to try another Lexus dealership to see whether this is a strange Lexus policy or we were just being discriminated against because we didn't look like the typical Lexuxs driver? Either way we ended up leaving after waiting 20mins.
We came here and bought this Dark green new Lexus UX for my grandma and I was so excited that my grandma got a new car for her birthday, Oliver was so helpful as he was demonstrating my grandma how to use the features in the lexus UX. I had a lovely experience here because Matt the sales person is a very cool man and I love the lexus cars and suvs as they are so beautiful and amazing models , what a fantastic exprience here,
Well Done you !! Engela Pretorius !! Having a broken lock nut and a Screw firmly lodged in my front tyre of IS250, I was running from pillar to post to purchase a lock nut to get the tyre off to get the puncture fixed! Following a members comment on Facebook wall of Club Lexus advising me to go to Lexus showroom in Auckland City, I ended up on Engelas desk on a very gloomy rainy day!! RIght from the get go, Engela took charge of the situation, offered me a cup of coffee, checked with her foreman if they had the part and time to provide service, drew a Blank. She then approached the parts person to try and source it locally. No luck, then some luck with getting the said part in 12 to 15 weeks time !! Not an option. Engela then suggested trying the local shops dealing with tyres. Made a few calls and drew a blank. She offered me a cup of coffee for the second time. At this stage it was the last thing on my mind but the first thing I needed. I still decided to brave the rain and head off. Engela ushered me to the door and as I was getting in the car she said could we go back in for a moment....she had a brain wave of some sort ! She then proceeded to make calls to experts who could help with removing the stud at the good old fashion methods when all else fails! We were in luck. Job done, She even fixed an appointment over the phone with someone not even remotely connected with Lexus! Dis someone I hear " going above and beyond the call of duty '? Relieved I took her up on the coffee and she even got me a Lexus Bikki !! Well done the Team at Lexus Auckland City !! May your tribe increase.
The service is passable. But the car waiting time is really too long. My family and I ordered a Lexus nx in December last year. It has been more than 8 months now and we have not been able to pick up the car, and there is no precise time to say when to pick up the car. All I can know is that the time to pick up the car has been delay delay and delay. When we ordering the car, the sales said that the car could be picked up between March and May, and later said that the car could be built in June and picked up in July, and now maybe August or September, the time to pick up the car is far from being realized and I am really disappointed with Lexus from the initial excitement to the present.
Lexus Auckland City is very arrogant- one day I drove in with my 2k Toyota and no one even gave eye contact or say Hi. Another day come in with my Lexus 450h and of course someone will come and even said more than Hello .
Okay so I’ve never been inside the showroom before, but I needed help with my Lexus, I called Lexus of Auckland, swear for the first time ever, and a sales rep Ben answered, honestly he’s probably the best sales rep I’ve ever talked to via phone call for the first time, helped me professionally and friendly over the phone and gave me peace of mind. Definitely recommend this place, if they treat their customers like PEOPLE over the phone, then I’m sure they will treat their customers like PEOPLE in person, unlike other car dealers that treat customers like a “money bank” and then they don’t care about them once you make a purchase. Thank you once again Ben, I appreciate you brother.
