A very dissatisfied and disappointed now former customer here. Bought my MINI here in 2018. Took it back each year for service and WOF, no hassles. My MINI failed its WOF this time, and I was quoted a whopping $1,600 to have a top engine mount replaced. I was told a rubber seal in the mount was broken, and that it was leaking fluid. Additionally, I was told that I needed my rear brakes replaced, with one set down to 1mm. I rang my local garage for a price comparison for the engine mount, and was quoted $336 the same part, and a genuine MINI part from MINI. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. I’m glad I did, because my local garage could not understand why I was told the engine mount was defective it wasn’t according to their inspection and appraisal, and my rear brakes were only half-worn. I did convey my astonishment at the astronomical price I was quoted to the MINI service team, and that the price difference was ludicrous. I walked away, frustrated, but knew I’d done the right thing. I won’t be coming back.
Takes so much time for checking WoF and asks for $200+ for simple issue such as unplugged light that could be solved in less than 10 min at any other car centers.
Genuinely the most impressive team I have dealt with at any car dealership over the years. Cannot fault anything they do. Every time I go in to the dealership I am made to feel very welcome, and definitely feel like a valued client. The team there have the perfect balance of professionalism, mixed with a laid back, fun attitude. They are very knowledgeable and I know my MINI is in the best possible hands for servicing.

I have had two issues with Mini. First was that there is white marks, fade on the rubber seals and plastics of the car. The sales rep I spoke too was not interested and just said to give it a clean, when I told him I had he just said I don’t know what it is, then walked away. Very bad service. The next issue was a leak from the aircon unit I was aware of the wet floors. The service lady I spoke too was excellent, informed me what the issue was, explained time lines. Cannot speak highly enough of her.
Me and my family walked in Sunday afternoon and had one Asian lady and one Asian guy in sales . No one came to ask or help us. You just lost our business ! We wanted to order a new Mini Cooper sport Johnny copper works today . Everyone staff member was texting on their phones. We stayed 30 minutes and they saw us but didn’t come to help . We will take our business some where else . No customer interaction at all from the staff. The manager should look into this urgently and try to remind them what customer service is all about .
VERY UNSATISFACTORY OUTCOME TO PURCHASE OF TRADE IN WITH UNUSUAL MILEAGE SHOWN AT REGISTRATION. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SORTED.IT WAS NOT AND HAD A DIRECT EFFECT ON RESALE VALUE, MANAGER WAS VERY CONDESCENDING AND HAD ALOOF ATTITUDE, LIKE CAR BUYING IN THE 70'S, THIS GUY PUTS HONEST CAR DEALERS BACK 30 YEARS, COME ON OWNER, HAVE A WORD WITH PAUL ABOUT THIS...ITS NOT THE WAY PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED, I WAS TOLD YOU WOULD CONTACT ME?
Was pleasantly surprised when Mini listened to my complaints about a sub standard service and corrected the issue acknowledgement to Michael for listening to my rants and repaired my rear brakes outside the warranty period. Whilst my initial review was not positive , I stand corrected as the company acted in a restorative manner putting my faith back into this brand. Highly appreciated
