I've had my Dodge for a couple of years now - purchased from Andrew Simms NM - the first service was supposed to be free - however I was charged for this, my husband had picked up the car but only mentioned they had charged a few months after the fact - wasn't happy, but let it slide. I have just picked up my car from it's second service today - $647 later!! Absolute rip off. I paid it and after collecting the vehicle was told 'sorry' they haven't washed or vacuumed the car (both of which are part of the service) - I received both a phone call and a text to say my car was ready, left work to collect it and expected it to actually be ready! When you're paying such a premium for a service, I expect more than just a brush off of - sorry, we haven't actually finished the job - the wash and vac of the vehicle is the least you could do. Please sort out your comms and don't tell customers something is ready if it's not ready.

Hi, Everyone please stay away from Andrew Simms Newmarket Branch, Let me share my experience with them, they rip their customers off really badly, I have bought my Triton from them, Sales Man name is KEVIN rip me off with the deal, i get to know that if i would have bought my Triton from Manakau i would have paid 5k less than what i have paid them, i did not mind the bad service and overcharged until last week when i took my UTE for service, Kevin and other sales man will keep on lie until they rip us off,
5 to 10 years warranty is a biggest rip off deal that they use to make people think that Ute is fully covered for 10 years, Service staff told me that this deal is only used for play with people mind their own staff telling me that when i took my UTE for 15000km service,
First service i have to pay $650 and the next one will be $1080, really surprised how is this possible, If we calculate in 10 years we have to pay $10800, just for service, and in our mind is we are covered for 10 years,
In other side i get to know that if we are late to do service our 10 years warranty can write off, and they dont even put efforts to give us an reminder, for service,
Things have been explained me before they took my ute for service has not been done accordingly, service man told me that they will wash and vacuum the UTE, on my pick up time same man told me that our groomer was no working today so you can wash it at your home,
I just wish if there is an minus rating on google, i will perfectly work for ANDREW SIMMS, Soon i will put this experience on Facebook and bring in media also so other people should not be suffered with the wrong deals and every one should know about 5 to 10 years warranty is not covered for 10 years, Please dot shop in their store stay away from these people,,,,,,,,,,,,
Thanks

We bought a new triton from Andrew Simms Newmarket last year, the first service was free and not anything to write about. But it was due for the first year/15000km service this month.
First they had it wrong in their system so no reminder, then I had to beg for a courtesy car, and had to wait over a week for a day with a runabout. I arrive promptly at 9am and they hand over keys to a mirage which was parked wedged so tight between two other vehicles I had to flag down a rep to extract it. The loaner was dirty, inside and out. With the tank almost on empty.
4pm and noone bothered to call, so I called them... Kept on hold for 15mins while the rep finds my car... It's in the groomers, head on over (in rush hour traffic) and it should be ready when you get here. I arrive at 4.35pm
The bill astounded me.... $750! For a standard service and oil change on a new vehicle with less than 11,000km!! It was $250 to service my Lexus at Toyota!!!
We expressed our dissatisfaction and disappointment and the rep couldn't care less, he just took the credit card and swiped the transaction through. And then threw back the keys.
Left to go find our car, it was nowhere to be seen in the top lot. We trapsed back in to ask where our vehicle is located... 15mins later while standing in the cold... Our wet, barely groomed truck arrived back. The vacuum didn't see the inside of the car. And the windows still had smears all over them. And the floor mats were worse for it all.
What a complete failure of a service experience. We will never return and not be buying another Mitsubishi or anything with Andrew Simms. And I will definitely not recommend them. And look for another dealership to service the remaining scheduled services.
