I’m not sure who’s given this place 5 stars because I’ve come here a couple of times forgetting the last times experience… DON’T GET RIPPED OFF!!  I gave two stars for the lovely man who tried his best to clean the interior… and the exterior looked ok maybe because I didn’t take a close look…but honestly the vacuum job was terrible!!  I have half a car two seater and didn’t even get them to clean the boot so really only 1/3 of a car and they STILL charged $95! I only stayed because it was convenient while I worked. I’m not cheap when it comes to my car but paying $95, I want at least a good job!  Vacuuming only on top of the mats, they didn’t even take out the mats to vacuum underneath them, they didn’t vacuum under the seats and certainly didn’t even vacuum the two seats! They barely wiped down the surfaces…  I drove off to write this review and noticed the rear window!! See photo! I mean come on! Four windows and they miss one and the mirrors! $95!!! What the!!! …seriously I must remember NEVER to bring my cars here!  Photos were even after I politely asked them to vacuum it again.

Got a wash and wax. They forgot to lift the rear wiper when the cleaned the rear window, and they obviously didn't hand clean the wheels to get all the brake dust off. They were still dirty in all the nooks and crannies. They did an excellent job on the interior though.

At traffic services Sydney,  we like to take care of our vehicles and equipment.  So when I had an issue with hardened concrete on my Ute I took it to the guys at wax car wash. They didn’t hesitate to help with a difficult job and they nailed it. My Ute looks brand new again thanks wax car wash team…Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Some staffmembers are polite and respectful and understand every customer is important. But there was one person who meets you when you enter who gets angry when you ask questions about the prices and he does not seem to care if you have your car cleaned there or not. One bad apple can spoil the rest. He needs to realise that if he displays excellent customer service,this could mean a first time customer coming back many times repeat sales. Please treat customers who are willing to spend money at the business with respect.  The prices are quite high. Over $50 is ridiculous.  No need to pay for a coffee as you wait.  The cleaning was average and they seem to make an effort but I found parts of the car still dirty and had to get them to clean them. They were willing to clean areas I identified as still dirty.

Its a rip off place. Charged 110 dollar for wash,polish and vaccum. Find out they just washed the car badly and left others undone. When asked, the answer was they have done whatever they can and will do it better next time once i go....  Even worse, they put a scratch on my car and completely denied the fact..looking at other review it looks others also had the similar experience..

What a waste of time and money!  They estimated 20 minutes but took 50.  You'd think they might have gotten the car clean with the extra half hour.  But it was still quite dirty outside and in.  Don't pay until you inspect.  And DON'T be in a rush as I was, or you'll drive away in a dirty car.Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

No way I am going back there again…. Use brush to wash the car and did not get dirt of my wheels since it has dirt on there since it’s been raining out hard for a couple of weeks and those brush that they’re using to wash the car…. Please stop using it because I have a black car and all I can see is scratches everywhere all over my car and had it polish not long ago and now you can see it without looking at it properly in the sun  good customer service but these guys have no experience at all. What a waste of time and money

Staff are very friendly always done our car plus family they do a awesome job on our cars we got  BMW,Range Rover, Audi and our daughter Tesla This guys are really looks after our cars specially that one guy who's limping his so awesome  highly recommended wax car wash@ Cleveland
