Went to wash my car on Saturday at 12 pm, the person advise me that there was an hour and a half wait time and I said that’s ok we can do that and in the mean time eat at the cafe, the food was great. The problem was the time and the result of the wash, by 2:15 pm my car hadn’t even been touched yet, when I came and sit outside they started on it and did about 30 minutes on it, left the interior dirty, the doors and door handles not clean, the cup holder was dirty, I have been here before and they never took that long or left the car that dirty, one woman had to cancel her car because she had been waiting 2 hours and the guys had not started on her car either. When she left the workers just laughed. Not coming back, paid 60 bucks and I could have done a better job with my Dyson in 10 min instead of waiting almost 3 hours.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
The standard used to be good but has been slipping for a long time. Brought my car in today and they managed to scratch the side of the car and the bonnet by rubbing the dirt with a cloth before actually washing it. The manager then denied it could have happened by them. The scratch is $100’s of dollars worth to repair and they shrugged it off as not their problem. It also took 1.5 hours to clean and there was only one car ahead of mine. Will never use them again
It’s true what the other reviewers say, The standard used to be good but has gone down a lot. Every time I go here I am impressed. Again today they gave my car a fantastic clean and handed me $30 which they found under my seats. I hadn't realised I had lost it! Great coffee and a free water too!
My wife took our car for a wash/clean. Very disappointed with the job and they scratched our car and didn’t care. The business seems to have been sold to someone who doesn’t care if you don’t come back. This was an awesome car wash last time we went . Busy, friendly and they did a great job. Avoid this place
Took my friends car in after borrowing it for the week to get cleaned a couple of months ago and got it washed for $55, great job. Took the same car in the other week and asked for the same treatment and was told it was going to be $200 and when questioned, automatically dropped the price to $120. Still $65 more than last time and more than the $55 on the pricing board. Very inconsistent quoting. Took it up to the road to Reni's in Zetland for a $60 wash instead, take your business up to Reni.
24 hour hand car wash! Had my 4WD cleaned at 10:20pm on a Tuesday night. After an off road trip the car had lots of mud, dirt and squashed insects all over it. Cost me $50 for a wash and chamois. The car detailers did a good job and the guys at the counter were pretty friendly. Surprised at how many people get cars washed at this time.
Extremely rude and intimidating. The man said my car would be $120 and I said I just wanted the Silver. He said $60 and when I asked why it wasn’t $50 like the sign he said “I was making him angry asking these questions!” And “your lucky I’m not charging an extra $20!” I felt pressured and upsold. Ended up saying no because of his aggressive demeanour. I don’t care about $10, I would have happily paid this if it wasn’t for his bad attitude
Be aware if you love your time please do not enter there. Use to be very good place to wash car now it becomes a slow and no management precent there . One of supervisors he shouted his co worker in front of everyone how ridicules!! Unbelievable.
