Burwood Deluxe Car Wash

Bought the voucher for the car wash and was asked to pay a surcharge for my car being too “dirty”. My car was only slightly dusty on the side with a small patch of bird Poo which was way different to the condition of the surcharge mentioned on the voucher -“fully covered in mud or bugs”. In addition the manager was extremely rude and arrogant and told the washer in front my face to not wash the car properly. Will definitely not come back in my whole life.

Very poorly run service. They sell coupons on Groupon, but once I bought it and went to do the car wash, they were going to do it and when I told them that I am going to use the Groupon. The manager said no way, not washing your car if it is a groupon. We are too busy now, come back when we are less busy. They obviously prioritize full fee paying cars then groupons. I was very disappointed, but looking at the reviews, it might be a blessing in disguise. Seems like they damaged a lot of cars that they wash. I am going to see if I can get a refund on my groupon.

I went to this car wash first time in Nov 2017, been told they are too busy to serve me and asked me to return next time. Hence I didnt use the voucher until Feb 2018. The second time I arrived they accepted my car to wash, and told me to return after 2 hours. When I return been told they need another 30 min, I walked away and came back after 40 min. STILL NOT READY!! Waited another 40 MINUTE before they have it ready in their opinions. BUT!! Wheels were NOT CLEANED THOROUGHLY, STILL HAVE BIRD DROPPINGS STUCK ON THE WINDOWS, HAVE OTHER MARKS AND SPOTS HERE AND THERE. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CLEAN IT, THEY DID IT BLUNTLY, AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS THEY STARTED TO GET CRANKY AND WALKED AWAY!!!! I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF!!! ENTIRE SUNDAY AFTERNOON WASTED AT THE CAR WASH!! 4.5 HOURS TO WASH ONE CAR!! NOT EVEN THE RESULTS I EXPECTED AND HAD TO FINISH UP MYSELF!!! THE SITTING ROOM WAS DIRTY FILTHY AND SMELLY OF URINE!! ABSOLUTELY NOT RETURNING UNLESS IF ANY ONE IS BORED OUT OF THEIR HEAD AND LOOKING FOR ARGUMENTS!!! IF YOU HAVE TIME ON YOUR HAND TO WASTE AND LOOKING TO SPEND ENTIRE AFTERNOON WAITING AROUND, BE THEIR GUEST!!

Prefer no star at all but however it is still cheap but you get what you paid for plus extra headaches from the staffs there. Told 45 mins wait but as soon as I mentioned about the online voucher I got told 4 hours wait. Car wasn't clean. Damages. Worst customer service ever seen. Walked away from customers not taking any complaints. Rude. Highly not recommended even for a free wash. Preferably shut it down.

I should have read the reviews. I also wish I could give no stars. Bought the $45 clean. Was firstly promised one then two hours. I waited for them to finish my little RAV for 3 hours! I came in to find a really poor job done. Nothing cleaned properly. They vacuumed a little but didn't move anything. They didn't even take the mats off. Also I'm 99% sure they stole coins from my cars coin drawer. Really disappointing. Still, I'm grateful they didn't break anything in my car or scratch it like some other reviews! That's shocking. Bbooooo to Luxe 👎🏻
