Quality workmanship and excellent service. We had multiple vehicles worked on by Frank. Each were black and with years worth of swirl marks. All were delivered back in showroom condition. High attention to detail, he even wore gloves to make sure there were no prints left behind. 

Frank goes out of his way to accommodate, picking one of them up on Saturday night and returning it on Easter Sunday - exceptional customer service. 

Highly recommended!

My little pearl white pug (Peugeot 208 GTi) was 2 years old when I brought it to Definitive Car Detailing. That's where I met Frank, the owner. My car was in desperate need of repair relating to defects in the paint work, deep below the clear coat.
Frank was able to not only repair the defect in my paint work, but he restored the appearance of my car to a far superior level of what it was when I bought it brand new! The car shines and the paint almost looks like liquid. 
I found Frank to be very confident, courteous and passionate about his work with an excellent eye for detail and a highly professional approach to his customer service.

My only regret is not having discovered Definitive Car Detailing at the time I bought my car - while it was still new.

If you are considering detailing your car, don't waste any more of your time. Rest assured that you will get what you pay for here.

My experience is the same as all the previous reviewers. Frank takes pride in his work and is an absolute perfectionist. My brand new Mustang looked glossier than when I picked it up from the dealer, and it’s really easy to keep clean. I don’t hesitate to recommend Definitive to all my friends and anyone who admires my car. I can’t speak highly enough of the work carried out.

As others have said, Frank's work is of extremely high standard and he is a pleasure to do business with. My 2010 M3's paint needed a fair amount of attention in several areas and now looks amazing with the paint correction and glass coat. Several friends have also used Frank for their cars and all recommend without reservation.

I am happy with the paint protection (Brila Premium Body Glass Coating) for my F87 M2 (Long Beach Blue) last week. Frank is such a nice guy. He is patient and always happy to answer any questions customers have regarding paint, paint protection. I asked many questions regarding process, details about the paint protection, even how to properly wash cars.

BTW: It turned out that the previous owner put clear film on the front bumper, engine bonnet, rear view mirrors and side skirts, Frank told me how to take care of those and what to do if they fall off over time. The body glass coating can still be applied on top of those films (not too sure about how long they will last and the difference though).

I highly recommend Definitive Car Detailing to car enthusiasts (I believe it is already one of the best in Sydney by word of mouth).
