worst experience ever I had in my life. As shown on the photos, while car wash, they broke the window part and didnt tell me until I found out when I arrived home. I went back and said that the part is missing, they said it is not their faults. I told the worker in charge and he found the missing part in the rubbish bin. I still haven't got refund as they said the manager is not there. They must pay to fix the car and refund car wash. Everyone, please do not go to wash the car here if you don't want your car to be damaged.
Be careful of this car wash, they are very sneaky! They charged $50 for in and out car wash and I was told my car was too dirty and it needed a polish. Actually I get my car washed from car wash shops almost once every two weeks, it’s not “that dirty”. And if it is clean, why it needs a car wash??? When I picked up my car after wash, I found out they didn’t vacuum the trunk and there were still some stains on every single carpets! And then I was told that was what I paid for and asked me to read their inclusion. And they suggested me to pay another $199 and wait another one hour for detailing which including shampooing the carpets. If I can give 0 I wouldn’t give one star and I will never come back here again!
NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN I paid $25 for the drive-through wash on Sunday, and when I got home I realised that the car was still dirty. I drove back immediately and told them that the car was still dirty, only to be rudely told “we don’t re-wash. That’s the 4 minutes” If they thought the car was too dirty to be washed, they should have told me that my car would not be washed for $25. Evidently, they’re more than happy to take my money and not do the job. What a ripoff!
It was ok. The big sign they had at the front said $25 for a 4 minute car wash. The guy actually decided to charge me $35. You really get what you pay for. It was an average wash, I did ask them to focus on cleaning the wheels, which they did but it was very inconsistent. Some wheels were very clean. Some were half done. It was quick, but you can tell it was a rush job.
These guys are a scam, they sold an unlimited wash pack. However they then change their mind and said the unlimited washes were just once per day and if the wash didn’t clean the car properly they wouldn’t put it through the wash again to ensure it was actually cleaned. This goes directly against their own stated in advertised package terms. Stay away
RIP off...charges $25 frp 4 minutes. I timed it. Was only 2 minutes under the car washers..drove out ..and it took less than a minute for the young lads to wipe my car...wgen I got home hubby noticed that my entire bonnet of the Toyota was scratched and marked. Must be more of the same on top of tge car but did not look as RAV too high for me to see on top. Maybe their automatic washer brushes were DIRTY from previous cars. BAD IDEA TO GET AN AUTOMATIC CAR WASH
Had a great experience at Crystal car wash! They did a thorough exterior clean and provided good and friendly service! Will be coming back again in the future :Service: Polishing
Paid $200 for a full interior and exterior clean. Car came back still covered in dirt like it hadn’t even been washed. Despite paying $200 they refused to reclean car despite it still being at the car wash. Absolute rip-off!!!Service: Auto detailing
Car wash done in 5 min @ $55. In reality it's a machine wash. Boys at the front will play with your car for 1-2 minutes. And the guy with thd EFPOS machine knows nothing except charging the customers. Won't going there again.Service: Vacuuming
The wash was ok, for 50$ I got inside and outside cleaned, vacuumed. Fast service, really liked. There were few hard to wash spots left.
