DODGY BUSINESS PRACTICE. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. I went here for a star carwash. I was told they were charging $20 extra because my car was 'dirty'. Attached is the 'dirty' pic - it's not even that dirty to warrant $20 extra - you be the judge. Also, this is the same level of 'dirty' that they have seen before as this is not my first time here they did not charge extra before. Also, you are a carwash, are you not? Cleaning 'dirty' cars is what you do!!! More importantly, the extra charge is nowhere stated in their advertised offerings/price list. THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING, MISINFORMATION, and MISLEADING THE PUBLIC. Because of this, rest assured that you WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES. I will not be surprised if you go out of business because of your shady activities..

NEVER GO HERE ITS A SCAM  I would give them no stars. The same as the review one month ago, they tried to charge us extra because our car was dirty???  We tried to use a $35 voucher which included an inside and outside clean of the sedan but got told that we have to pay more because our car was dirty?!  Sam tried to charge us $65, then $60, then the final offer was $50 for a basic clean. We left the car wash without having the car cleaned and we have reported Sam the car wash manager to the head office and got our vouchers transferred to a different store.  Do not get your car washed here. They are rude and very dishonest.

Paid for a $185 wash and polish.  After leaving the car wash noticed a lot of missing areas on vehicle such as tire rims, lower body work and inside windows. Very frustrating to see lack of detailing in the "detailing". Definitely recommend being thorough in looking over vehicle before leaving.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

SCAM car wash! DO NOT GO HERE. Same as other reviews, its a hatchback car went there to ask for the $35 wash and vacuum only to be told it was $20 more as the car was “dirty” and more again as it needed to be polished and more again for the interior vacuum!!! They were told 3 times that no polish was wanted but wouldn’t listen. In the end they quoted $100 for a clean and vacuum. NEVER going here again

I hadn’t been able to wash my car in several months and it was getting ridiculously dirty. My tire rims were completely black with road grime and break dust and my car had spider webs and built-up dirt everywhere, and tons of leaf litter on the floor on the driver’s side.  Got the Platinum Wash and they did a fantastic job! My car looks great inside and out and the rims are sparkling. Looks as good if not better than when I do it myself, but saved me a couple hours work while I shopped nearby at Westfield. I will definitely use them again.

This place is a fraud.  I bought a voucher for 5 car washes from them and they claim to have no details of it even after I showed them the email from their website with the voucher number. They just said they can’t help as they can’t see the voucher on their system and couldn’t tell us who to call .  This is the second time we tried to get our car washed and got rejected.  The first time it was because we got there two hours before closing time and they told us they had too many cars to do that day that required detailing which is time consuming .  We asked if we could book a time for next time and we were told that is not possible.  This is a scam.

Had a $200 detailing for my car. The staffs keep whining how dirty the car is, and how lucky I am they are not charging more on top of what they already charged extra, which is ridiculous.  Really annoying, and asked me to pay before they finish.  Which I regretted, the wash was horrible, many spots missed and I told them and they refused to clean.   And they are the rudest people I met.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

I visited today, They did a great job on cleaning the outside… but only cleaned the front interior, after paying $70 I would expect them to Atleast wipe down the rear seats. They only had 1 other car to clean so there’s no good excuse for it being missed.Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

Took my car here for a pre-sale full detail. Could have done a better job myself. Lots of spots missed. Wheels barely touched. Greasy shine applied to all interior plastics. Only thing done well was the vacuuming.Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Still has some minor dirty marks to touch up when I got my car. The staff is helpful to help me remove those minor dirty marks. Overall excellent service !Services:&nbsp;Polishing
