Unfortunately I don’t recommend this car wash. I don’t know what product or cloth they used on the interior but the car interior came out covered in glitter, windows have either scratches or streaks and there is dust and webs that could have been easily wiped on the dash and side mirror. The car looks dirtier now than it was…My partner showed one of the employees who used an air compressor to try improve it but to no avail then advised us to get the polish next time. I don’t think the lack of polish was the issue.
Avoid this place. They legitimately ruined my car. Left it dirtier than when I left it with them. Glitter all over the seats, doors and dash. They permanently scratched one of my windows and left an imprint on my dash of the bottom of a bucket!! So horrible. I have submitted a claim against them to Fair Trading.
The guys did a great job, I was in a hurry and they were able to accommodate my time constraints. Nice to be able to shop and come back to a clean car. reasonably priced similar to other local car washes.
Not the best experience. I mean for a $55 wash I was expecting a better job. The inside windows were not cleaned properly as you could see the stain and swirl marks. There were water stain marks also on the windscreen and even bits here and there were not properly cleaned as the wiper marks were still visible. Had to ask afterwards to wash the water droplets on the exterior of the car as they were not completely dry. Even the back boot was not wiped or vacuumed properly also. I would have expected a much better clean. Don’t think I’d go back unfortunately...

Average service. I could still wipe dust on the doors and fenders, water was still dripping inside the car from the boot. I asked the staff to look at it and got the response because we only use water. Inside was nice and clean...happy with that. For a $55 car wash... a little too express.
After the buffing machine polish my car looks like a brand new, really appreciate., The team here consistently doing a great job.

I paid $70 for a bad job and big scratch on my boot. Very very annoyed. Interior clean and vaccum was very slack, still dust, sand and dirt left lying on interiors. Due to the poor lighting I didn’t realize how dirty it still was and the new scratch on my boot until I drove out of the car park into the light!
Usually a good car wash and have been happy previously, although recently my wife slipped in the soapy water on our way walking to pay for the car wash. Seriously think they should provide more rubber mats for the public to walk safely, especially if we have to walk through soapy water to pay. My wife's knee was swollen and bruised after her fall. They were very attentive at the time but still charged me full price which I thought was interesting. Not sure if I will go back based on how they dealt with my wife's fall but as far as car cleaning goes it was OK.
