Star Car Wash

$47 for a bodgy job. It was the second car in on a slow Sunday morning so they had all the time in the world yet they couldn’t get it right. They had no customer service, didn’t say a word to me besides take this inside. The mats were clearly wet, at least could have rubbed them down. The dashboard was quickly rubbed down and had clearly missed spots. The wheels were still dirty, you could see where they had and hadn’t wiped. The Tyre shine was left drooling down the tyres. I purposely left a few coins and rubbish in the side door. Coins had been taken but a couple pieces of rubbish were left there? The least you could do is take pride in your job. If you don’t like cleaning it, get a different job. The only positive was the girl in the cafe had customer skills. Definitely not going back here. $47!? What a joke

Every time the car is still dirty somewhere, inside and out! Even paying for the platinum.. AVOID at all cost... a $10 kids street wash would do better...

Do a pretty good job. Not 100 percent clean but better than I would do. Not that cheap either but certainly handy.

Very disappointing. Firstly tried to charge me extra as a "large car" - a Golf, seriously?? Wheel hubs, door rims still dirty, rubber seals not even touched, had to stand over a very surly guy for 5 mins to get doors, seals, windows, etc attended to. They haven't even touched the door pockets/cup holders. Seriously poor service. Never ever again. Do not use this location, go to Brookvale or Mosman.

New to the area. Decided to get there and see how it goes. By purpose I left a $2 coin and a screw in the door pocket to see if I could trust them. One of the two was gone. Guess which? And do not tell me it was vacuumed, otherwise the screw would be gone too. Dust inside the car and stains on the external. Was told the car need polish but then they removed one of the stain with a wet cloth. Never again.
