Have been going here for a while and generally pretty good but you have to pay $55 for a decent job. 
Recently have used the $17 wash and they have stopped cleaning the rims properly. I asked the manager and was told that you only get what the machine does - so they won’t ensure car is properly clean. Pretty poor attitude. 
Won’t be using a place with such poor attitude!

I wouldn’t bother with the exterior detail, frankly. At $125 you get the same thing as a wax but the wax costs you $50...which is still a brutal price. When I asked about their exterior detail (as I have and 10 year old car), I was promised it would look like new. Needless to say it didn’t and when I suggested I had been sold to under false presences and asked for my money back they argued and said they would do it again but better....!! What they do not understand is, that for $125, they need to do their absolute best, first time round, and not after arguing with their customers.
To be avoided, truth be told...sorry, but they really don’t give a fig :(

I wash my car here because of the convenient dog wash, so I get two things done at once. But the management there is terrible. They sell you 5-wash packages when you still have some left from your previous 5-wash package, and they discard the washes you payed for and did not use as part of your previous package. I did not notice that for 2 years, but then I started to look at the "number of washes left " on the receipt, and saw they were basically cheating by at least 1 wash by pressuring you to buy a new package before your previous one was done. I brought it up with the manager, who after trying to fool me with various sorts of blurb, eventually admitted that it was their mistake, and I should have 6 washes left instead of 5. He made a note in their system, but the next time I came, that was not taken into account, I still had 5 washes left. I just didn't feel like arguing again and ruining my Saturday. But they can't be trusted and lie to your face . Make sure you don't buy another package before you use up completely your previous one. I'd avoid them completely if the dog wash was not so convenient.

I was sold a 3 month membership of unlimited washes at any Crystal Carwash by the Rose Bay outlet.  When I went for a wash at Crystal Rushcutters Bay they refused to wash the car, stating that they don't have the necessary machine (?).  Rose Bay then confirmed that my 3 months pass doesn't include Rushcutters and other outlets.  I spoke to the Managers at both outlets to try to explain what I had been sold, but they had clearly had this situation before and closed ranks quickly.  I reported it to Fair Trading, and they too had a substandard interraction with Management, but tthey can't do anything until there are 10 complaints in a month.  Better elsewhere....
