Crystal Car Wash Cafe

Took my car in for a full detail. NEVER AGAIN. Was persuaded to pre-pay for a bundle - my mistake. For: done quickly; interior was clean. Against: looked OK in daylight but roof and sides were covered in swirl marks, see photo. On taking the car back, the manager asserted (a) can't see the problem (b) that's normal / even new cars are like that (c) X customers a day can't be wrong. They did repolish the roof which made an improvement - so could do the job right when they tried. Refused more than 20% refund on the bundle despite my protest. End result: clean but paint damaged car, three times more expensive than I initially expected. I will not be taking any car to Crystal Car Wash again.

Terrible customer Service. Paid for the expensive clean. Picked up the car, dirt on the boot, front and roof. Complained and the manager said his supervisor was on lunch. Asked him to clean the car again and he said No then had two of his staff wipe the dirt with Windex and cloths. Told him windex is not for the car paint, he then told me that they clean 400 card a day without problem. Asked for a refund or a free clean was told no. He then apologised for my car being 90% clean, I told him that's not good enough when I have paid over 60$ to have my car 100% clean. Do not take your car Here, if you do only get the cheapest wash at 17$ as the expensive wash is not worth it. Awful!

I took my filthy 1998 Ford Laser here for a $17, 4 minute car wash before selling it and the results were satisfactory. I would suggest that you buy only the minimum service as additional services increase the price exponentially. It’s $44 or $27 more to have a vacuum which excludes seats or wiping down inside. The website also has no pricing which made me suspicious.

Do not use Crystal car wash Mosman - I have used them twice and they do a terrible job - wait till everything had dried and you will still see marks and dirt - they also need to learn how to use a vacuum. $225 for interior clean - I went home a cleaned up the mess with my own products. What a complete ripp-off!!!

Bravo! A remarkable achievement that you can leave with your car dirtier than when you went in!?!?! Absolutely ridiculous overpricing and the endless upselling. DO NOT GO!!! This is no exaggeration. Appalling
