Great options for car wash and reasonable prices. We paid $15 for the self-wash car bay, it’s fun and a bit of a work out! Machine wash options start at $10 and hand wash starts at $25. Lines can be long but moves pretty quick.

Cheap car wash, price increased during covid time, but still reasonably cheap. Very fast and very clean wash, and best thing is that this is the driest automatic car wash that I have found so far. Don't waste your money on the vacuum and they don't even have the air fresher like other vacuum station on others car wash.

Reasonable carwash. Someone has vandalised the STOP button so was hard switching off the timer. Still, very handy location

Terrible Car Wash. The Foaming Brush attachment came off mid wash which resulted in a deep scratch in my bonnet. This car wash excused themselves of all responsibility. Also, they tripled their price recently. Given the equipment could be faulty, given its your responsibility as the customer to carry out a detailed inspection to all equipment prior to washing your car, I would suggest its safer and cheaper to do it yourself at home.

Horrible, horrible waiting time of 20 minutes just to enter a car wash. For a business that claims to be “express” in its car wash. It’s been moving from good to bad recently because there’s no good staff to man the car drive-thru washer. There was only 1 guy manning it this morning and he took his own sweet time with everything, was lazy as hell even though there were 7 cars waiting in line.

It's easy convenient and 24hr self survre only issue is water pressure can suck some nights especially the one closest to the building. Where you vacuum the car the hoses are damaged half the time and you can't vacuum the car properly and at night that section needs more lighting.

Vacum always week - no power waste of money; Self service car wash - most of time with low soap , equipment defaults. Good location, excellent fluxo of customer but very poorly customer service and management. Customer for over 6 years seem the same Radom problems. Usually have all fleet 14 vehicles weekly washed.

Rip off. Manual carwash credit card thing is impossible to stop. So basically to MANUALLY wash my car, I paid 2x $15.5, even if the 2nd time I wanted to stop it at the minimum 5$, it didn't let me. Watch out ! It is not a "minimum of $5, they are just stealing your money as there is no way to STOP

Such a shame… it’s been such a decent experience.. until today… At 9am on Saturday 3 December I went to IMO and used my prepaid HD wash voucher. Andre wash attendant put me through accidentally as a pro Shield wash as opposed to the HD and when I approached him he checked the camera verified it and then made me feel as if it was my mistake. All I wanted was the hd wash that I paid for and yet, I asked Andre that I’m happy to go through again for the wash i paid for and all he did was give me 2$ as the difference between the washes and said he’s not putting me through again as he’d have to pay for it - it’s your mistake - he said we could stand here and argue all day but was not putting me through for another wash. That’s like you going to apple buying an iPhone 14 and then them giving you an iPhone 12 and saying it’s ok here’s the difference. It’s not what you paid for. I’m not sure how his mistake ended up being my problem. The rudeness and arrogance is the concern. If this post does anything it raises it with the franchisor and makes sure something is done about these clowns.

Was using the automated wash for years when I had my Mitsubishi Outlander. Recently switched to a Mazda CX9 and had my new car scratched on its first wash. Might want to avoid the automated wash if your vehicle is a large SUV or bigger.
