Just got my car washed.  The front left bumper was the dirtiest section of my car, especially underneath due to muddy roads.  I got home & it wasn't even cleaned.  You pay good money & they don"t care because I  have an old Holden that's in great condition though.
Very disappointed. Been there numerous times.  Never again.

Very fast service, not too expensive, however I paid for the whole car to be cleaned. Streaks on the windows and not all of the car was vacuumed. Try elsewhere.

For a car wash business, their coffee is surprisingly good.
They give your car a good clean. Not a waste of money.
It's just annoying when they're so persistent trying to upsell extras
when I only want what I really need.

Paid $60 for a vacuum, interior clean and wash - mainly to deal with dog hair and sand in the boot and back seat. Was returned a car with nearly more dog hair and sand than when I arrived as well as my belongings tossed all over the car and on the ground next to the car. After a repeat vacuum there was still plenty of sand and dog hair in the car, although at least my belongings had been put back in the car. Definitely not worth $60 and the absolute worst customer service I've received. No words out of the managers mouth at all, either time I returned to my car. Don't bother with Crystal Car Wash, there are plenty of alternatives on Parramatta Road.

Paid $55 for a more detailed wash and not even my windows were clean at the end. 
Wouldn’t recommend
