Used their assisted car wash service today around 10.20AM, the person who served me was really rude, first he yelled at me saying who told you to keep driving? Then he forced fully took over my steering wheel and trying to adjust the car. This came as a shock to me, not only it was really aggressive to force yourself into someone else's property without their permission, but also raised tones were not necessary in this kind of circumstances. Very shameful customer service at IMO North Strathfield. Will not come back there again.

Used to love this place when you paid using coins, then you knew how much you were spending but now it's card only, to your card and away you go. The longer it takes you to wash your car, the more money they make from you. At least the machine used to beep when your coins were running out and it showed the time you had left. None of that anymore just a digital screen that you can hardly read. Definitely not an improvement, apart from that the car wash gets an 8 out of 10 for everything else just don't like the card only payment option. Good place friendly staff good vacuums and good diy washing equipment.

They refuse to allow my vehicle through the auto wash X Class as they say the wash may damage the vehicle. But they still allow Nissan Navara's through. And the self wash is credit card only. No coins, and they charge a surcharge for your card.  Very poor service aswell no care for the customer satisfaction.

DO NOT COME.  I have been using IMO Car Wash for around 10 years. Out of all the IMO shops throughout Sydney, this place has the most unacceptably rude service.  For those who are still going, here are some notes for you. The person who serves you would: - Yell at you for no reason, even after he saw you got ladies and a baby in the car. - Direct you with all the aggression and sarcasm. Make sure that you do as told, he is more strict than a drill sergeant. - Shout with spits 30cm away from your face. Make sure to wear a mask when you drive in. - Not giving you any chance to talk, except the choice of service. Be my guest and try to talk back.  Other than those, be warned that the look on their faces and the vibe they give off will make you fear for your safety, and you don’t need that for a casual car wash.  Read other low rating comments, they all had similar descriptions, and they were at least a few months older than mine. Apparently the owner doesn’t care and won’t change.

Very convenient,  very reasonable cheap, self- car washing service!  Today, I and my honey spent only$9 to finish up!! Very professional equipments provided, even having fun!!!  Hahaha Very highly recommend you to go there!  But at least you need to bring your own effort.  In addition,  if you don't want to wash your vehicle by yourself, you can choose another service that professional staffs do it for you.  Very satisfied!!

Do not recommend coming here unless you want to be yelled at by an Indian guy. The guy that was assisting us with adjusting our car for the car wash was very rude and kept knocking on our window aggressively saying window down. When our window was down, he yelled and said when someone tell you to put your window down, you put your window down. He then forcefully reached in and turned our steering wheel around aggressively while yelling at us. Never again.

Always happy with the result of the Ultra HD car wash. The only thing is that we have to dry our car again after the washing and drying.  Not very thorough dry. But overall, it is good.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

I just took my car for wash inside and outside.. machine scratched my whole car including my windscreen. Interior was very poor .. all the glass and coffee holder was sticky , i came home and wiped my car again.. the worst car wash ever.. if u take it through machine please do check your car before you drive off.  The owner had lodged a incident report.. not sure yet about the outcome.

If you need a quick fix it’s a good place but the staff is really rude and most of the time yell at their customer really busy on weekend and the chargers are around 18$.

The self service section is always open. Mostly after evening 7 pm no queue at strathfield location. Auto wash is also not very expensive.
