Tried for almost 3 weeks to get an appointment. No luck - not very responsive to customers to say the least! Customer service really needs to be better. Very disappointing. Hard to rate them on their skills when they never confirm an appointment.

Reviewed a number of local detailers in the area, we found WOW Wash had positive reviews, contacted and booked to have showroom plus detailing package. I received confirmation SMS 24 hours prior to my scheduled appointment, on arrival Jan and Lachlan were professional and courteous, from my observations and discussion of their work, it is evident that they pride themselves on the results of their work, knowledge and application of their products. I was so impressed with the result of my car even removed light scratches on the tailgate of my carolla (looks like the day we purchased it from the dealership). Thankyou Jan and Lachlan, I would recommend WOW Wash to anyone that is looking for a reputable, professional local detailer. Not to be outdone my husband has booked his car in with WOW wash this week.
