Seriously the worst customer service I've had in a while. Inbetween serving me that was  going to buy a phone, the bloke served two customers while I was getting details. But when I asked questions about the product he didn't know jack! I can read the pamphlet too with the limited information on it. So I really wanted a new phone today so against my gut feeling that I shouldn't buy off this idiot I picked the new Sony and plan to get. After all the time spent there ready to get my new phone. The dear one because they didn't have the cheaper one with 64gig storage. He then turns around and says they don't have the Sony XZ premium. What a useless clown. I will never go back there. No knowledge on what they sell and don't even stock latest phones. Useless 😡
