my first interaction with this shop was Great, the lady was very very helpful and explained the warranty repair process, i went and backed up my phone as per her advice. Unfortunately when i went back with my backed up phone she was busy and i got served by Luke, well where do i start on Luke? He was the opposite of my first lady, i found him to be arrogant and lacking in basic customer service skills, oh and slow, nearly 2hrs to book in 2 repairs. On the upside Luke wasn't around when i picked up my phone and again the lady i had was lovely and very helpfull.
I had an issue with my charger that wasn't fast charging. Crystal and Luke have done such a great job servicing me today with this problem. They replaced my cable without hesitation and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this kiosk for any Samsung issue, thank you :
Luke from the Samsung Penrith story is super helpful! He had great communication skills, explaining each step as he was trying different methods to fix my phone in-store instead of having to send it away. Unfortunately it still had to be sent away, but he was very attentive and was very assuring of the time frame to get it fixed 2 days!. Amazing. I will keep buying Samsung products because of the great customer service that shows they care even after purchase.
Finally switched over to an android phone in the way of the Samsung Galaxy and the staff were fantastic in helping transfer data from my old phone to my new one. Even with hiccups from Apple, Jess was so determined to make sure I left satisfied with my phone that she even worked through her lunch break. Thanks for a great experience and customer service.
We had an issue with our Tablet S2 and went back to the place of purchase, they were not interested in helping us what so ever, deflated and devastated in the way we were treated, we made our way to Samsung Penrith. What a breath of fresh air the staff were, young Kathleen served us, and she was wonderful. Kathleen and her fellow colleagues were surprised that more wasn’t done for us from the place of purchase, but they assured us they can and will take care of us. Which was a pleasing and comforting result. Our tablet was sent off and repaired, yesterday we received a text message letting us know that our tablet was back at the store ready for collection. So with a skip in my step I went back to collect our repaired tablet. One thing I know for sure, the next time we are upgrading any of our Samsung products we will be visiting Kathleen and the team at the Penrith store. They were so easy to work with and ever so helpful. Thank you all once again.

Luke was amazing and so knowledgeable. A year on. I always come here when I need my phone fixed or help. I'm going to say the last few times I've been here. The staff look sad to be here and seem a little stale, rude and don't smile. If you don't like your job or people! LEAVE!
Abdolutely fabulous. I had a couple of failed downloads on my phone but couldn't erase them. The assistant a lovely young chap from Richmond was so friendly and he solved my problem and showed me the steps to take, if it ever happens again. I'd give him15 out of 10. The extra 5 is gor his excellent attitude.
I’d like to give the worker named Luke a massive shoutout! Has lovely customer service! Helped us from a-z, had answers to all our questions, and made sure we knew everything that was happening step by step! 100/100 would definitely recommend going to Luke for anything. He’s a lovely guy, with a bright personality! Thank you Luke for your help, you’ve made us your number one fan
My S6 Edge blacked out so the team at Samsung Penrith sent it away and had it fixed within 2 days. I thought I had lost everything but Crystal managed to get all my files back! However my phone came back from service with a loose part internally and Crystal managed to swap it over with a refurbished S6 Edge they had spare. She as well as Luke and Ryan helped me set it all up which over the 3 days I was there in total took quite a few hours. They were so friendly and happy to help so a thank you bag of lollies was well deserved. I cannot thank the team at Samsung Penrith enough, they were wonderful.
