At CAE, we aim to offer you the best value when it comes to quality incar solutions. From a basic audio upgrade to full multi media system with DVD/MP3, Bluetooth, GPS and reverse camera's. We won't be beaten on price or service. To even help keep the kids be entertained we have a range of roof mount DVD players, or headrest monitors.


We offer a lifetime warranty on our installations and all products have a 12 month warranty

Want to share my great experience that I had with with Car Audio Excellence. The guys extremely knowledgeable and I was more than happy with my upgraded system. Sounds better than I thought it would, after they competed my install they took the time to run me through it. 5 star rating for Price, Service and knowledge. Definitely see you again and will recommend to family and friends.

Decided it was time to upgrade the speakers in my ute before a long trip out west. Made the booking within a week of the installation date which was impressive considering a nearby shop couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks. On the day I was treated very well and they took time to understand the music I like so I could be matched to the best speakers. Now at this point I was referred to a set of speakers that didn't meet my expectations, they were a long way off in terms of sound quality to my original speakers. I wasn't comfortable with their initial choice but they did an excellent job of pairing me up with a better set of speakers after taking more time to understand what I was after, my music preferences and budget. In the end they made a genuine effort to ensure I left happy and for this, I have to give them 5 stars! It's great to see that there are still some shops out there who really want their customers to leave happy.

Poor customer service. They said it would be ready at 2pm, we show up at 2:20pm and it's not done. They say it'll be one more hour which is fine... we came back an hour later.. still not done. So we waited around the corner as we didn't to croud them and make them feel pressured. The car was ready just before 5pm and one of the employees saw our car when they went to put something in the dumpster and rudely said 'Your car has been ready for ages' WHY TAKE A PHONE NUMBER IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE IT?! I would have been totally okay with picking my car up at 5pm. The right thing to do would have been to call me at 1:30 or earlier and tell me that they were running behind and asked that I pick it up later. Completely unsatisfied with the customer service On the other hand the installation was good and they even tidied up the inside of my car for me. So they get 2 stars for that. Won't be returning though.
