Went into the store and spoke with Walt, extremely helpful and attentive asked all the right questions and really helped me find the sound I was looking for in an acoustic guitar. His knowledge is second to none and the passion he has to help you find what you need is sureal, can't recommend him enough, whatever you need go see Walt and you will be sorted, loving the new guitar and finally getting the sound I want Thank you Walt I will definitely be back Alan

I am a music teacher at one of the high schools in the Penrith area. I recently took a trip to high street music specifically to purchase some gear for the school. I was the only customer in the store at the time. There were four staff members I could see in store behind counters and moving some gear at the time. After walking around the store for five minutes, stopping in front of some expensive gear like the Wylde Audio guitar range, that high street music happen to be one of the only dealers for, I left. Not one staff member spoke to me, offered any assistance what so ever. The only thing they seemed interested in was the coffee brake they were about to take and the fact they didn't like banana bread (their conversation I overheard as I looked around the shop). I then took my business to Bam Bam Music in Blacktown and brought $6000 worth of new gear. Hope the staff check their cameras. I was there between 12-1pm waering black jeans, black shirt and a black jacket. Wont be going back!!

Love dealing with the staff from High Street Music, they are extremely friendly, knowledgeable about their products and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience was a good one.
