Can’t believe the manager at the store charged my 17 year old daughter a $249 fee to replace her iPhone whilst still under warranty !! Gave very poor reasoning as to why and in fact, rejoiced in charging the $200 fee!! The technician was excellent and seemed uncomfortable with the stubbornness of the store manager. This is what you get after purchasing thousands of dollars in Apple product !

Helpful could only fix half of my iPad mini and it took a long time he was serving more than one customer at the same time , as the on off switch needed to be replaced and it can not be replaced was offered an up grade but price was too much I am on a pension and could not afforded it , my iPad is working but there is some things that it can not do .

Here with a friend. I personally dislike the company, not so much the products. Customer service is good but waits can be long as it gets very busy.

Customer service is really bad, they all standing around with out helping me. I went in with my kids and want to purchase an Apple Watch, no one seems to care about my existence. When I manage to find 1 person he said sorry I get someone else to help you. Than no else come to my assistance. They all make out they busy standing around talk to each other. This Penrith store has the worst customer service That I ever come across.
