The best customer service I have experienced in years. Staff were attentive, polite and very helpful. I have had many apple products since the iPhone 4 and I felt like a valued customer after my visit to get my son’s laptop repaired. Very happy, thanks for the great customer service.
Have had issues with my brand new Apple Watch Ultra 2 since Christmas, been going back and forth, the customer service at this Penrith star is world class, the worker named Kurt knows his stuff and is 110% about the customer satisfaction. He done absolutely everything he could to help and assist me for almost 3 weeks straight.nHighly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase Apple products or help.
I COULD HAVE GIVE 0 STARS. The store manager SANA is so arrogant and rude specially towards immigrants, i can see multiple bad reviews in his name on google. He just does not want to listen to the customer, making bad decisions and wring calls about the issues. Giving worst advises and train the team accordingly with rude and arrogant behaviour. Once they made up their mind no matter what you explain they gonna repeat the same thing again and again. WORST WORST WORST STORE EVER IN SYDNEY. DONT GO HERE AND PLEASE FIRE THE SANA GUYmanager
Very bad management specially Sana he is not treat the Apple customer in the right way I’ve been in this Apple Store for 4th time they don’t want to replace my faulty handset also Chriss one of the Apple‘S technicians he got very bad attitude and trying to cover tye fault and caused me to come back to tge store 4th time specially I’m working he was waisted my time still my handst problem not resolved yet. Apple Co. needs to train the staff more for customer servicing and choose the right person to manage the store
We spoke with Attila and he was very helpful. Spent as much time with us as we needed and explained a few things to us that we needed to know. We had alot of questions.nWe bought a new apple watch and we needed to know it would connect to my husbands hearing aids. Attila wasn't sure so referred us to Rebecca who helped my husband through the process of setting up the watch. Once she did that the watch recognised my husband had hearing aids and connected to them.nnThank you so much we were very happy with the service we got at the Apple store in Penrith.
