Went into Bing Lee Penrith on New Years Eve to purchase a fridge. The salesman could not have been any ruder. Elderly man with absolutely no people or customer service skills whatsoever. Clearly he didn't want to be there. Maybe needs to retire and let someone who actually does want to work to take his place. I have never come across such a rude, disinterested salesperson. Will not be shopping there again.

I find the staff at Bing Lee are usually friendlier than their competitors. They usually smash their competitor's prices and today they even gave me a better deal than their own catalogue price. Can't beat that!

Negotiate and you can't go wrong. They are very competitive. Bought a PC tower, TV and washing machine from here and negotiated down to almost their cost price just to beat Good Guys. Always buy my electronics from here.

Great service, great range, all the brands you want at great prices, will discount if you ask and are serious. Knowledgeable salesmen really know their products and are keen to help. Bought a new portable Sony sound system with mp3 & CD plus plus... Cashier could learn a bit of training to be not so matter of fact: Ned Kelly-ish when taking your money! Even a smile would do! The only rivals that come close to these guys in service, price and availability is The Good Guys (if I could find where they moved to!!)
