The guys here were super helpful, I went in with broken gear they fixed me up and ordered everything I needed to have me ready for a performance on the weekend

Wouldn't answer phones, decided to try visiting anyway for a part I needed and drove an hour to get there. 4.30pm on a Friday and doors padlocked.

Yes the owner told me he earns more from his hire service than retail sales. He is not very interested in selling anything really.  I have bought several mics and a mixer from him, but it was arduous just getting the stuff.  You have to almost make an appointment for them to be in the store.
