Would give zero stars if I could. Waited 20 minutes for a salesperson to serve us we end up go to the counter and have the front desk person to call out for someone on P.A. Waited another 10 minutes for some to arrive. (My brother is buying his own computer). The store ran out of stock on the computer he wanted so we had to get  the model computer which didn't come with a box or a charging cable. They said that they will discount us but didn't and just have us a universal charger for free. Which should have came with the computer for free anyway.

P.s it wasn't busy at all. In fact I think there were the same amount of staff working as there was customers. It took ok and hour of waiting for 1 product.

To sum everything up
They had bad customer service
They had not stock 
And their salespeople were LAZY
Recommend you go to Harvey Norman that's across the road!!!!

I am getting the opposite. When I walk in here there are about 100 eyes on me thinking I am going to steal something, its so uncomfortable. I do not look like a thief and I have bought lots of stuff from this store. Settle down a bit with the spying.

Just went in to purchase a pair of noise-cancelling headphones and got served by an amazing person - Tony! After a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones were faulty, Tony helped us happily and made us feel welcome in the store. Purchased a pair of sony noise cancelling headphones as well as a 1 year warranty and an extra 2 year warranty for our Bose's that were replaced. 
Excellent service and tony deserves a raise. 👍🐶

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE , CARRY A HUGE AMOUNT OF DVD'S/ TV SERIES & MUSIC , AND A GREAT RANGE OF TV'S , PLAY STATION / XBOX ASWELL STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL PLUS THIS STORE HAS UNDER GROUND PARKING OVERALL GREAT DEALS AND A GREAT FRIENDLY STORE !!!!
