Wow what a great restaurant. Food is delicious and innovative. Amazing combinations of flavours and textures. Visually striking as well. Excellent for sharing for increased experiences. Excellent wine list all of which will add to delight both on their own terms and in tandem with the food. The local underground gin has some unique botanicals and is a nice detour.

Every dish (we had 6) was outstanding. Do not hesitate. Vincent shot up to become my favourite restaurant in Canberra after first visit. Staff are excellent. Wine recommendations were perfect. I will be returning again and again.

Fantastic good and wonderful variety of wines to choose from. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Equal best wine Bar in Canberra.

Classy atmosphere and cool fit out. Go with the chefs selection. Great range of high class food. Staff know their wine and make great recommendations.
