Service is very bad. I've been here twice through the drive through and they haven't given my order properly. Today I ordered a mc crispy burger and I got this piece of chicken instead. Just wasted my money

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have been here twice recently with my family, both during extremely quiet hours. First time around the staff made multiple mistakes with mine and my families meals, upon asking them to fix these mistakes the staff blankly stare at you, if they actually come up to the counter at all. After giving them another chance the second time around, we waited over 30 minutes for 3 items, and had two other cars in front of us in the drive thru waiting well over 30 minutes for small orders. upon receiving them, we realised we had received a chicken Big Mac with no lettuce, no cheese, and no pickles. Just two patties with some sauce.  Out of all of the McDonalds restaurants I have been to in my life, this is the worst by FAR. Not only the continuous carelessness and extremely rude staff, there is no way you accidentally forget half the ingredients in a burger, it’s just simply lazy, the staff are not interested in being there at all.

I come here regularly on weekends to grab something small. Each and every visit is the same. I order a small item such as a soft serve or a coke and even though there are only 2 or 3 other customers, it takes a good 10 minutes to receive my food, plus the extra 5 I have to wait for someone to serve me at the counter because I choose to pay in cash. This time I ordered a soft serve and I received a sloppy mess with a half filled cone while one of my friends received a perfect cone with lots of ice cream. I feel like although the food is tasty this place should be a lot more consistent and always have someone serving at the counter.

Out of all the maccas I have been, this one is the worst one by far! Dinning tables are all dirty, greasy, or sticky, no staff cares about cleaning dining area. Questionable workplace hygiene. My order was wrong, we were given completely different burger. Fries were soggy and cold, make you wondering if they pre packed fries. I would have rated 0/5 if I could.

Ordered one burger and one coffee at the drivethrough line, paid, got the coffee, and then was rudely asked to park down the road and wait, so were some other cars behind that were going through. If you can't serve a single burger or have issues, don't take the order! How hard is it....If I knew, I wouldn't have wasted money and time. An absolute joke. I waited 5 minutes as instructed...no burger...so I left as I could not wait around forever.
