There was rubbish all through the dining, including a sauce lid stuck to the wall. Legitimately waited 45 mins for one order that wasn’t even big. As a maccas employee at another store, this is unacceptable. Fix this guys

I come here regularly on weekends to grab something small. Each and every visit is the same. I order a small item such as a soft serve or a coke and even though there are only 2 or 3 other customers, it takes a good 10 minutes to receive my food, plus the extra 5 I have to wait for someone to serve me at the counter because I choose to pay in cash. This time I ordered a soft serve and I received a sloppy mess with a half filled cone while one of my friends received a perfect cone with lots of ice cream. I feel like although the food is tasty this place should be a lot more consistent and always have someone serving at the counter.

Food was cold as we waited 30 minutes. Service was horrible they were running around like chooks with there heads cut off. Didn't care about inside orders only the drive through. The girls were busy but no direction.then the manager came out to use the till with his glove on. Hope he changed it when he went back to food. Hygiene???nWas really looking forward to pancakes as was my grandbabies 2nd birthday. If I could leave no stars I would the service here today was absolutely appalling, to set the scene it is a Monday lunchtime store empty with customers but full of staff which by the way I would be surprised if any of them were even close to being 18, no adult in sight. You could hear all their conversations about how they were going to party and what they were doing later on all with disgusting language while there were two little kids walking in. I ordered one of the new drinks and waited a good 15 minutes before going up to the counter and to my surprise they had forgotten about it. So I decided to run a little experiment and order a soft serve and time how long it takes. It took 5+ minutes for my soft serve, which is absolutely terrible. This is undoubtedly the worst McDonalds in Australia. All the staff need to be retrained on manners and efficiency.

I don't even know where to start. I am a uni student, i do uber eats delivery sometimes and if I ever get any orders from this spot, I strictly avoid it. Reason? Ask any uber driver. ONE SIMPLE ORDER would take a nice and solid 30-45 minutes to prepare. Every time I came here, I saw teenagers and their manager gossiping and not doing any work properly. Probably the WORST MCDONALD'S I have ever seen in the whole of Australia. I don't think this place deserves a one star either. If there was a negative star review I would've put that through.
