Good food but you pay extra for the location. If you are just interested in the flavours or you are getting takeaway I recommend going to one of the other Chong Co restaurants around Canberra which serve almost identical food for ~20% less. If you are wanting a nice dinner in the prestigious foreshore area then this is a good pick.

Absolutly love this place. The food is always very tasty and fresh. The location is lovely decorated and cosy. Prices are good and meal sizes are generous.
The service is very nice and attentive.
It is a very busy restaurant, which results in being quite noisy at times, so conversations can be hard occasionally.
However this only reflects the popularity and quality of the place.
We've been there many times, never left disappointed.
My husband (being an ex chef and not so easy to impress) loves it too. He wouldn't go to a restaurant twice if it's not worth it.

Lovely restaurant in a lovely location by the water. Staff are wonderful - friendly and efficient. Although it got really busy and because we wanted a separate entrée and mains; we waited a bit for the mains to come. Or maybe I was just really, really hungry and a bit impatient. Food looks good, mildly spicy and sweet - not authentic Thai. As good as it will get in Australia/Canberra. Still good nosh!

Beautiful location looking onto the foreshore. Serving sizes are very good for the price point. Staff are nice but could be more friendly. Airconding is fantastic on a hot day.

We visited with extended family for lunch. The food was very tasty and the service was efficient. Will definitely be back again.
