I bought a small Quarter Powder Meal+ cheeseburger at two o'clock this afternoon. When I got it, I found that all the chips in the bag had been spilled please note that it was all spilled and not just one or two chips dropped from bag, so I went to the desk to find the staff, she put the chips which were spilled into the chip machine with her ungloved hands, then scooped out the dirty chips from the chip machine and put them in my bag. I am shocked by this unprofessional and unhygienic behaviour, I am very disappointed.
Poor service, I waited 20 minutes for coffee, i had to approach the counter and was told that the coffee was made and given 3 minutes, I had explained that I had been there for 20 minutes and the order was not called out. I was always under impression that customers service needs to be attended with a smile , that is definitely not happening that this store.
I recently visited Canberra on January 2nd and ordered a big mac meal with a coke not expecting much but this meal had to have been the best maccas meal I have had the customer service was amazing . A 10/10 experience
As someone who has worked in the fast food industry before this store is severely understaffed for how busy it gets. The staff look like they are working really hard to give the best experience for customers, yet I have seen so many people complain and take it out on staff for things they can’t control. People need to realise that the place is being run by teenagers and there will be some mistakes made.
I literally was so thirsty for a drink I thought “Maccas should be the quickest and cheapest” 4 dollars? for a coke? They didnt even have frozen ones. I was waiting for a whole 15 minutes for a singular drink my number was 180 and they skipped passed me aswell and continued onto 190+. If I hadn’t gone to confront them about my order I predict I would have never received it. In addition the drink was flat and distasteful. If I had known about this experience I would’ve bought a drink at any other store.
I waited 10 minutes for just one iced coffee. The most amazing thing was that they were talking to each other. I don't have any orders in front of me. It's really annoying.
1st banana bread was completely burnt. Waited 10min. 2nd banana bread was cold and soggy on the inside
Staff were talking amongst themselves, then walked away leaving no one at the counter. My food was sitting there waiting to be bagged up. Took 5 mins for anyone to notice.Food: 3/5
There was an extremely long line this was sunday afternoon. Other than the wait the food looked a little rushed probably because of the line but it was still good.
The service was very slow and I ordered happy meals and it took me nearly half an hour to get that. Looks like enough staff but very long waiting.
