I could give zero star if I could. Been here twice over past few months and was not a good experience. First time, I ordered burger and meal. Interestingly they decided to not wrap my burger properly. It was really enjoyable to reassemble my burger after gathering all the scattered ingredients all around the paper bag. Second time, it was quite recent. Got the two portions of nugget deal. Had one portion with family and while putting the second batch in container, I found that did not have 24 pieces as it was supposed to. Seriously, if you want to go to KFC, I recommend the Dickson branch. It is not too far away really. Do not visit this crappy place.

If I could give negative stars I would. The chips were limp and tasted like dish soap, my wrap was stale and crumbled into dust. The chicken was dry and burnt and my lettuce was BROWN. The only thing I could stomach was the drink and that was bottled Mountain Dew! It was absolutely disgusting and beyond bad for chicken. Honestly if I end up vomiting and having food poisoning I won't be surprised. Didn't finish my food, took one bite and literally ran to the bathroom to vomit.

12 year olds don’t know how to run a KFC. Completely forgot my order - left waiting 30mins for my meal even after I complain about it taking too long

Service was fast and efficient. Ordered a huge takeaway meal that took 5 mins wait tops. Granted there were only 3 people ahead of me. In case you're looking, this outlet is on the 2nd floor within the food court premises. Great job guys!
