An excellent and well maintained cinemas. We had a wonderful experience watching a movie at vjunior. My son absolutely loved the experience and wanting to go again. The lights are always on during the movie so the kids won’t get scared and can move anytime during the movie. They have some play area just outside the screen for kids to entertain themselves before the movie starts. They also give a ten minute break in between for kids. Overall a great experience and we will definitely visit again.
Such kind sweet service, first time coming to this cinema. Not very packed but very clean & lots of kind service.
We had a lovely time tonight in Gold Class watching Deadpool 3. The lounge was very well presented and bar extremely inviting. A great menu and selection of quality wines and cocktails. We were chauffeured to our seats by a friendly young lady. The seats were super comfortable and reclined. The dividing table had lots of room for food and drinks. Overall a great experience.
This review is about Cinema Europa at Knox.nThe bar was closed. There was no-one there when we got there. Couldn't order any food/snacks, even though the bar and kitchen was still open for Gold Class, which is right next door.nStaff downstairs at the candy bar were friendly, but didn't have food like at Europa, and not licensed for alcohol. Nothing on the Village website that the bar/kitchen was closed.nOld and worn seats, but comfy.nWill go to Hoyts instead from now on. Absolutely dreadful.
Hey so I recently viewed a movie on March 10th in one of the kids cinemas. Before I even went in to the movie I tried to purchase and print the tickets at the self service kiosk, after payment the receipts did not print which lead me to go to customer service which they helped kindly. After purchase of popcorn, that was unfortunately also stale we entered the cinema. To call the place a cinema is being generous. The place felt like a trap house. Rubbish and food everywhere not even cleaned after the other movie. Very disappointing. Our seats were dirty and sticky which made it a very uncomfortable and unpleasant movie experience. Nothing really nice to say about this place apart from the workers were helpful. Will not be coming back unless things change!!
