Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere. Recently added VR games to enjoy at your leisure. Amenities are clean and reasonably sized so queues aren't bad. Gold class is very clean with a formal casual feel. The food is high quality and drinks selection has something for everyone. Europa is very much a casual gold class experience, perfect for a quiet evening with family and/or close friends. Unfortunately the queues for tickets and food from the candy bar can get quite long during launch weekends and school holidays. Overall, highly recommended for a trip to the movies whether a treat for yourself or an anniversary with the love of your life

Decent cinemas. Always 30 minutes of adds and previews, so plan accordingly. If your looking for a coffee or nicer drink before the movie get takeaway from another not the cinema Europa one. Spent ten minutes waiting for service with three staff working on a coffee at a time refusing to acknowledge I existed.

Went to Gold Class to see the new Avengers infinity movie. I was happy with the cleanliness of the cinema and the service that we received as soon as we walked through the doors. But the one thing that they don't have it together on is when you order food and drinks before you are seated in the cinema they ask in what order would you like your food and drinks bought to you. This is the second time for gold class and both times they have got the food and drink times all messed up. Why ask when would you would like to have things bought out if they don't abide by their standards.

Has to be one of the best Village Cinemas in Victoria. I’ve read the Vmax screen at Knox is one of the biggest. The gold class was nice, good service and options.

Very good cinemas very clean with some very good movies coming up just wish they do something about use of mobiles during movies or at least turn brightness down some are like they have turn theatre lights back on
