Lovely place, great seats popcorn and ice-cream yummy
Very nice experience. Clean environment. The staffs are so nice and friendly. Jade is absolutely gorgeous. She is very lovely and patient with us. Definitely will come back again.
Love the walk in snacks to go area. Something unique and convenient. The cinemas are kept clean and tidy. The seats recline, are wide , comfy and have ample legroom.nnThe sound system engulfs you in every scene and the screen is wide enough for good viewing angle even on the side rows.nnConsidering Hoyts voucher and ticket discount offers, the price you pay is really a good value and even if it will be in full price.nThe experience is worth it.
Great cinema, we had the best seats in LUX 02, big screen, great surround sound systems and comfy seats.
Not happy!nBefore watching a movie tonight we ordered 2 Gin & tonic and fries getting the fries before the movie started but the drinks didn’t come so I had to go find out where our drinks were 1hr into the movie so I missed 5-7 minutes of the movie. Obviously they forgot them. So they brought them without lemon or lime and no apology what a disgrace and not even a here’s something to go with your drinks or sorry come see us after the movie for a refund absolutely pathetic I’m never going back and to the manager you offered nothing as well.
