What an incredible experience, we went to watch a movie for our anniversary. We took the fancy seats with the recliner chairs. And also took some mid movie snacks. But if we we're to do it again. We will skip dinner before and also skip the popcorn because we got a small popcorn and a small drink included in the ticket. And then order a pizza and a drink to come halfway through the movie. It was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone considering a moderately cheap date idea.
Had a lovely experience. The staff were great, our food came out in a timely manner. However the recliner seats could do with an upgrade. I would say seating in normal cinema recliners are more comfy.
Very hit and miss service dependent on staff working. purchased 5 tickets, all ordered food and drinks. Requested to order 2 additional items in cinema and was advised someone would be in for payment however no one ever came. Previous experiences had good consistent service. Pretty disappointing when paying for the service and not receiving.
Lovely place, great seats popcorn and ice-cream yummy
Myself and my wife visited here 10th Feb to see a 6.00pm movie using Lux experience vouchers given to us as a gift. We had difficulty with the vouchers we presented as we only partially printed out what was required. We were assisted by Noah who was absolutely amazing! He was extremely helpful, patient and professional in dealing with our issue. The staff here have always been great to deal with however Noah went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Noah, people like yourself are the reason why people like us will keep coming back to Hoyts Eastland.
