Loved this Cinema. However there are special needs children and adults who attend this theatre , the special needs people are not an issue but keep in mind the people who care for these individuals are at work and filling their shift and probably just want to finish work therefore they will not care about the effect they have on movie patrons, eg: Whilst watching the movie WICKED today halfway or so through the movie one of these carers started walking around with there phone on a lanyard with her phone torch on blinding everyone who,s eyes had adjusted to the movie environment plus many other interruptions , the theatre is not policed about these issues , like I said the disabled people are very well behaved it's the rude inconsiderate and likely incompetent carers .
It was a good experience in reading cinema 2. The seats are comfortable. But they need their black leather reupholstered it was fraid and peeling off and needs to be repaired back new again, the recliner function works fantastic. Picture and screen looks great and the sound very clear surround sounding speakers. My wife and I enjoyed the movie tremendously.
I had to come here and say the service was wonderful, this afternoon. I had difficulty using a voucher to buy tickets online, coming into the cinema I did not expect to be able to transfer the tickets. The manager was lovely, helpful and could not have done more to help. Thank you!
Omg! Where to start. You book movies as a night out, To treat yourself, to feel a touch of luxury. Reading cinemas is far from it. All the seats, ALL of them need recovering, broken armrests and after this disappointing first impression the cinema isn't even clean. Popcorn in the seat crack, dirty floor, crumbs on the snack table. Just gross. There is a reason the cinema only had 10 people in it. They are all at Hoyts. Save yourself the disappointment. Go to hoyts.nEdit: OK, maybe the floor wasn't that bad, but the seats are woeful.nStaff were great. Good job staff
We paid premium price, and then looked at the condition of the seats. Seriously, shine your phone torch on them. They are really disgusting. All the seats were the same. Not leather at all. Fake leather that has peeled off the seats. Yuk.
