Not a bad cinema actually. The price of water was off the charts above $5 though. Never ever heard of water being that expensive. Nice clean, great for kids cinema. Especially since it’s in the shopping centre.

Love that all the cinemas have reclining seats. Super comfy and great sound and screens. 
Cinema food is a rip off - but all cinemas like Village and Hoyts and Event are a rip off unless you go rural or outer city locations.

We were looking to see a film with friends at 4pm and Hoyts Chadstone came up on the search results. When we got there we were told the film was only showing in their Lux cinema at $46 per ticket. WHAT THE ... however they said they have an introductory price of $28 per ticket. Before I could shout RIP OFF my friend agreed and we were buying tickets. Yes, you get free popcorn and soft drinks and reclining seats  and can order food and get table service ... but what if you don't want anything except a glass of water and a movie?

The toilet dryers are too slow, you need more powerful separate dryers or BLADES. They are so slow that you end up getting frustrated and leave without your hands being properly dried, also you hold up other people who want to dry their hands.
