Most loveliest Hoyts, always quite clean & has the best comfiest seats even in standard class! they’re abit similar to the gold class recliners, on top of that the snack bar is incredible you can grab all your own snacks & make your own drinks, with kind friendly service as well definitely recommend coming here to watch a movie with friends.nnHowever though the prices at the movies are quite shockingly expensive!
Great theatres with clean and spacious seating. Even in the standard sessions, the seats recline, with plenty of leg room, giving a comfortable viewing experience.
The movie was great, but the staff at Hoyts ruined the experience. I asked one of the staff members for fresh popcorn, and she initially filled the box only halfway. When I asked her to fill it properly, she rudely told me to pick up one of the other cold boxes. When I asked for clarification, she repeated herself without any improvement in her attitude. It seems like she doesn't enjoy working there, which negatively affected my visit.
I went there with my family to watch coraline, the movie was a 5 star but the atmosphere was disgusting. When I went to take my seat, there was left over popcorn from the previous people who sat there. Usually there's only one or two popcorn's or left over food at the seat but this time there was more food under the seats and in the gaps. The people at the cinema were all soo rude and disrespectful, my children and wife couldn't enjoy the movie without the teenagers making inappropriate sounds. Overall, I like the Hoyts cinema because of the reclining seats and wide screen with excellent audio but that visit was a no go zone. Expected better from Hoyts.
A true testament to the race to the bottom.nnPaid $33 for the privilege of fetching my own cold pre-packaged popcorn and filling my own drinks while guessing which of the 7 of 14 active stations have run out of syrup along with the rest of the Saturday night crowd.nnIn the theater itself most of the seats have deteriorating leather and 2 out of 3 seats i tried no longer reclined.nnFor a flagship location that gouges its customers i expected better than daylight robbery.
