Great cinema to take kids to, especially for their first time or if like me it was their first movie ever & autistic so I was worried about his stimming. Happy to say I don't think he bothered anyone. Other positives were the slide that's in the cinema, it's open for ½ hour before the movie & also during the intermission which was also a plus for a movement break! They had 3 different types of seating to choose from, we went the beanbags because my boy loves a beanbag so perfect the only downside they weren't what I would expect & not big enough or comfy for an adult!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went to the Cinema Europa section with family and was immediately greeted by the most passive aggressive staff member I have seen in a long time demanding to see my ticket in front of other patrons and family, making you feel like rubbish! Then get told 10 minutes prior to session that they still need to clean the room! Village management, please train your staff to be more courteous and welcoming towards patrons; if they’re feeling under pressure to serve customers, welcoming patrons and cleaning, please put more staff on during busy times. Respect goes both ways!
My husband and I went for the second time to Gold class cinema with pre booked food. The staff is excellent and very professional, they make you feel special and welcome. The food couldn't be better, the qty and quality was fabulous and enough to fill us up entirely. Definitely an experience everyone shod have at least once in their life. Thank you for providing such great service and making our movie night special.

Absolutely vulgar and despicable experience, when I came here today to watch 28 years later I decided I needed to go to the bathroom and that’s when I saw the horrid sight: a rat king extremely rare a giant pile of human feces, a homeless man and worst of all a king von anti piracy screen safe to say I’m never coming back here
