3D experience was wonderful.nI was surprised the spectacles were not included in the price as they always have been at imax. They were $1, and disposable. There are 2 types, ones that look like sunglasses and ones that clip onto prescription glasses. I was not told about the latter, and ended up buying both types.nAll staff were very polite and helpful.nThe stated starting time is when the shorts begin.nThe toilets were very clean, but both hand dryers were broken.nThe cinema chairs were comfortable and clean.nIt was a good experience.

Time to share after over a dozen visits to the ‘Hub’ Village Cinemas Gold Class. Why now, because it’s a reflection of many movies to earn the 5 big stars!!!!  From the online booking to the warm greeting, you won’t be disappointed. The waiting lounge is always super clean and staff attend to you like clockwork. They drop menus and allow time for a careful selection of tasty treats. I’ve tried and tested and their chips and spring rolls are always a standout. The chairs are typical gold class comfort with storage available. It’s hard to go back to regular seating after this level of comfort and service. Book for sure as most sessions are sold out as seating is strictly limited.

Seen a few movies here. Service is very good, and the place is always clean. There's plenty of free parking available, especially if you see a movie at night.nThe Gold class service is great. The waiters bringing my food/drinks are always well-mannered, and friendly.nThe only negative so far is the meatball subs. They tasted pretty bad. The other stuff from the menu that I've been able to try has been great though!nIt's nice having the popcorn/drinks be served by the counter staff. It leaves the area much more presentable and clean. The one at Frankston Hoyts is filthy because everyone makes a mess getting the drinks.nI'll only be coming here for the foreseeable future

Really enjoy coming to Village Cinemas Karingal! The ticket prices are competitive, the chairs are super comfortable, and I love that there’s even space to put your bag. It makes the whole movie experience so much more relaxing.nnThe staff are always polite, helpful, and genuinely look after the guests. The cocktails at the bar are fantastic too, definitely worth trying!nnOne small thing to improve: the bathroom didn’t have any soap available during my visit. It would be great if staff could regularly check and restock the soap so people can wash their hands properly.nnOtherwise, a great cinema experience!

Excellent staff and managers. The rubbish they have to put up with from patrons is ridiculous. Saw a man abuse staff after his  young children were removed from a 15+ movie that they were too young for. Apparently this happens frequently, Parents these ratings are their to protect your children. Its sad to see a grown man abuse women just doing their job, to the staff well done.
