We were served by Tom, fabulous customer service experience. He went out of his way to assist with Village membership queries. Resolved our issue without delay. Service with a smile! Thanks Tom, you were awesome!

Service was appalling. The staff were pleasant enough but it was dreadfully understaffed. 40 minutes to get popcorn. Come on that’s a joke. They must know there peak times. Whoever owns/runs this establishment should take note. Employ more staff and treat your customers with some respect before you have no customers left.

The service in Gold Class today was shocking. Staff enjoyed looking at the people waiting for service but didn't come and do their job! The manager ended up doing it instead despite trying to train new people. The staff that were supposed to be doing it should hang their heads in shame and preferably be fired as they don't want to do their jobs. One in particular was great at avoiding her job. Only started to come over to serve me when she saw her manager coming over to do it instead.

Great experience - we felt so pampered with good service and delightful snacks and drinks. Gold Class is so personal and a wonderful way to see a movie with family or friends. Can't be faulted.

Went to watch a movie at the Vmax, movie was great but the smell in the cinema was terrible like sitting in a urinal. Not a pleasant experience.
