Really nice cinema. No need to queue to buy a ticket. There are multiple machines just before the cinema hallway where you can purchase a ticket using a credit/debit card. You can choose which seats you want as well from a visual map of the cinema. You can get a discount on the purchase price if you are a senior or have a concession card.nThen there are options to purchase food and drinks and there is a bar right before the cinema as well to purchase alcohol or other drinks.nThe cinema experience was really good. Comfy reclining seats with a drink holder. Very big screen and adequate privacy for a cinema this big.nThe underground carpark is paid parking only however there are free parking options from side streets around or can park at the train station for free.nWould recommend.
I am able to purchase seats online as a member. It is convenient and efficient. There is free parking nearby but be aware that you need to pay on site. There are several food outlets nearby.
I presented myself and my wife at the Hoyt’s Frankston last Friday night to see final destination. Greeted by female employee who was very kind, got no problem there, but I presented my DVA gold card, the lady ask her supervisor by radio, as to see to except my gold card concession, the reply was they dont honour after 600pm. I was surprised, and disappointed, I just thank the girl and walk off. I went to karlinga cinemas had no problem there.
Perfect placement, the recliners are great, food options galore... but the food options is the big bite in the bank.nI like many, opt for the cheeky sneak in of the snacks in the pocket. It's barely 2 hours out of my life. I won't starve or die of thirst. And there is no need for that pricing at all.nStill my second favourite cinema, reading cinemas are bringing great competition... just sayin
The way the manager speaks to the staff is appalling, you can hear her over the speaker and I was honestly mortified, I hope to see a healthier change in authority. It’s stressful enough when it’s holidays and staff are flat out doing their best.
