We highly recommend Jo and Phil and their team from Vibe Property Solutions, who are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge, professionalism and friendliness have made the process of our move to our new Bassendean rental unit an excellent experience. We very much appreciate being kept well informed at each stage of the process and having all our questions patiently answered. They also ensured that any necessary repairs at our unit were promptly taken care of.
Very poor communication with tenants sending emails regarding the property to one tenant on the lease but not the rest, have had lots of issues with recent leased property and concerns not heard or brushed aside faulty electrical outlets and switches not seen to, told we should repair things ourselves that are their responsibility. No card facilities available in there premises to pay for utilities such as water meaning cash only. And have been told things one day only to have them change their minds the next was told it was okay to clean the blinds ourselves at vacate only to be told later that a professional had to clean the blinds at a cost to us I won’t be using this business again in the future as they seem unorganised and uncaring towards their customers, very disappointed.
Fantastic to deal with, have dealt with the whole team over the last 2 years and they are all very professional and easy to get along with. Jo and Phil know there business, and I would not hesitate in recomending Vibe to everyone. Regards Dave
