Over my 3.5 year tenancy with Time Conti Sheffield we had nothing but dramas and constant disputes with our agents, which we had 6 of during our leaseSahar was the worst agent I’ve ever dealt with. It started the day we moved in, we had a leaking toilet which we requested to get fix. Every 6 months we requested it get repaired but 3.5 years on and the toilet is still leaking. The back patio is a hazard to anyone standing under it and Time Conti Sheffield failed to upkeep their duty of care to keep tenants safe. Time and time again we were hassled for more money by the owners when we were already paying a ridiculous price for a house that was poorly maintained by the agent and owners. The bond took 4 weeks to get returned after the keys had been handed back and they took out numerous answered costs. For example $192.5 to change 3 tiny light globes in a light fitting, which the globes were purchased for $45. Sahar continued to prolong the bond return and give me false information saying it had been finalised and then the next day going back on what she’d said. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not lease a house from this organisation of lying, deceitful, manipulative agents. I tried to get in touch with Cindy about all this and she refused. Very unprofessional business!
TimeConti Sheffield has got a good team to guide the people of what to do if they want to rent a house. Sahar has made our renting process so smooth. We couldn’t ask for a better agent.

I have rented through Time Conti for 3+ years and have never had an issue. My property manager, Maddy, has been great. In my experiences with her she has been professional and responsive, letting me know of any changes. I appreciate it.

Have a Go News moved into a Time Conti Sheffield managed property in December 2023 in Inglewood and have been very happy with the service from Courtney our property manager. Always attentive and responds quickly. Would have no hesitations recommending them.
