I simply cannot understand the complete incompetence of this company! They sold a property actress the road from me for over 3 million dollars. I've decided to sell my property and wish to list with the same agent one Mr. Barney Dear. I call Barney Dear and leave a detailed message, no reply. I send him an email and no reply. I ring the Perth office to be told with a message that I'm calling after hours because they close at 5.30. I rang the at 3.15pm. I ring the next day and the girl that answers the phone tells me she has never heard of Mr. Barney Dear! Do not waste your time with this complete bunch of idiots!!!!
