Just started working with Andrew and his team at Golden Group. Love their professionalism - constantly responding to our needs quickly and proficiently. From just a few meetings, we could tell they have a huge 'carefactor' and regard for the people, environment and the overall community with their developments. Looking forward to embarking on more projects with their team!
If you are buying land in any of Golden Group's project. Stay away or beware of the time they quote you for land title. Current delay for almost all of their projectsespecially in Maplewood in titling is at least 10-12 months from what they quote while selling. The developer is not capable to deliver on time.
These people are the most dishonest I have ever come across in my life. I advise to stay well clear.
