I went through the process of applying to rent an apartment managed by this agency. Initial impressions were good; with a professional viewing; however it is unfortunately all down hill from there (when it really counts) Poor communications via phone and email with abrupt decisions made without consultation. I worked with this company and compromised on my standing in negotiations of good faith; whilst all I received from them was the cold shoulder. I have since sent emails requesting a simple call back or explanation; (I assure you, in a professional and non-aggressive manner) to which Joyce Property haven't even given me the respect of a response. Reading the other review comments surrounding deceit and being blacklisted on Tenancy WA does not surprise me in the slightest based on my experiences. Absolutely would not recommend you work with this group.

I have been very impressed with the drive, diligence and quality of service received from Elizabeth Morrison, who manages my property. She really went the extra mile on a recent insurance claim - really looking out for me, the Customer. Excellent.

Diana treated us very nicely, she was very accommodating in showing the property to us twice, and was really quick in her responses to us when we had questions. We are only short stay tenants but appreciated all of her help in securing the rental property for us very quickly. I would deal with Diana again.

Property Manager Tarleea Swain services is outstanding. If we had any issues with the property at all she handled it in a very professional manner and prompted always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you again Tarleea for everything.

I have been dealing with Joyce Property Investments for over 20 years and find that they are always friendly and efficient . Any problems that have arisen have always been sorted out fairly. Highly recommended!!
