Tien Nguyen has been extremely accommodating helping me to secure a beautiful home to rent. I was still living in Queensland in the process of relocating so was not able to view myself, he allowed a representative to view on my behalf whilst doing a live virtual tour using our mobile phones. All concerns I had were addressed to my satisfaction. I feel extremely lucky and satisfied knowing I have a lovely place to call home when I arrive in Perth in a weeks time.

After some not so good experience with the previous property management, I engaged Box Property Management for my rental property in Joondalup. I decided to engage Box PM back in December 2017 because of the overwhelmingly positive feedback from other owners and tenants. I have never seen or heard of a more professional, honest and open property manager, who I can highly recommend. Tien is always very helpful; he handled every aspect of the tenancy extremely professional and with a great eye for detail. Furthermore, Box PM have their own very reliable trades people, who are on time and professional as well. It is a delight dealing with them, and again, I can highly recommend their services.

Would highly recommend. The team are very flexible, professional and easy to work with. Communication is excellent and the low fees and convenience of receiving our rent fortnightly makes it easier to budget. Tien found tenants within a week of signing and after receiving our first property report have every faith that our investment is in good hands.

I chose Box Property Management mostly because of the reviews I read about them - everything positive, on time, efficient and great communication both verbally and online. Well all of this was true for my first investment property that I have just had rented. Can recommend to you with confidence these guys for your Property Management Team. So far, so good!!

Best real estate and most helpful agents we dealt with so far. They've always responded promptly to any maintenance request, even during week ends or after hours.
